The service was fine and the clothes were clean and pressed, that's what really matters, but the cost is pretty high. I had a 50% off coupon for first time customers, making the cost for 2 suits pretty reasonable, but if we continued to utilize their services, we'd be paying $30 a week for 2 suits. We've been paying $12 a week for 2 suits at Royalty Cleaners for 3 years. They've been a little out of the way since we moved but I'm not going to pay twice the price for the same service just for a name. read more

Take your clothes somewhere else. Half of my clothes are still wrinkled when I get them back. They never replace the picks in your shirt collar...only break them and leave them. At the very least I have one broken button on one of my shirts every time I get my clothes back. read more

Poor service. Tide actually lost 8 pieces of my clothing. I had to call the police because Erica did not find make a conscientious attempt to find my clothing and lost my receipt. My clothes were not even done and I had dropped them off 1 week prior to picking them up and received an email that the clothes were ready. I live in Arizona and Tide promised to send my clothes to me via the mail. I waited over 2 hours to find out what had happened to my clothing. I will never use this store again. read more

Awful, awful, awful!!! We use this place cause of its close proximity to our house. Once again, my mom's dress pants came out with more stains than when we dropped off. Once again, they denied doing anything wrong. The pants were made of silk and other delicate materials, thus, we asked them to be dry cleaned. Not only the unidentifiable stains, but the fabric was partially ruined. The manager, Chuck, refused to do anything about it. Only thing he was capable of doing was to DENY, DENY, DENY. Dropped off two suits and two shirts yesterday. They told me my clothes would be ready by 5 today, but I needed them closer to noon. Went in this morning and asked if they could rush one suit it to be done by noon. The manager Chuck shook my hand and said he'd get on it. Came in at 12:05 and both suits and one of my shirts were ready. What a stand up guy and a great place. I'll choose Tide every time without hesitation. read more

My boyfriend dropped off two suits for alterations. One pant needed to be repaired due to a rip on the side and the rest just needed hemming. Horrible job...pants cut but not tapered so it doesn't look like normal pants anymore, the pants that needed repairs wasn't repaired. I love the smell and quality cleaning of tide so this place pretty much had me at hello, but prices r a bit high, still worth it. They made a few mistakes on my clothing but they quickly fixed any issues I had. I love the drive thru super convenient especially if u have kids! Now here's the real cherry on the cake, I dropped off a big bundle and I always check the pockets but I missed one this time and there was 100 bill I left, the honesty was amazing they called me right away and let me know and put in the safe tilli was able to get it!! We've been going to this location since they opened, and have never been disappointed. Their drive-up service is so convenient, their service is second to none, and the quality of their work is consistent. They repair buttons at no charge, and even have free pick-up/delivery service (and we live in Anthem Highlands). My washer hose is currently not draining, and with a family of 2 young boys, a husband who works out daily, and 3 dogs, I do a ton of laundry....needless to say I'm stressing out until the repairman can come out. I just spoke with their manager, Jana, who was SO helpful and friendly. I'm headed out to drop off loads of laundry which she promised to have cleaned and folded ASAP. She was attentive to my needs and even asked if any of us had allergies so she could use their Free and Clear detergent if necessary. I highly recommend Tide, and for any of you who work swing shift or drop off when they are closed, they provide you a personalized laundry bag for 24/7 drop-off. I used to love this place... the last few times we picked our clothes up, they smelled bad. Almost moldy or musty. Absolutely horrible smell that Febreze, etc will not remove, and I don't know why. Went to eat at Carabbas which is right next to Tide. Parked in front of Tide. Got out and started to walk to Carabbas. Some 14 year old runs out of Tide telling me we need to move out car. I asked why. She said it is their parking only. I said there are no signs or makings on the curb. She said "They're coming soon". What a joke. Very rude employee. Backed out of the spot 12 feet to another spot. And if someone from management told them to do this they are idiots. Anyway, had a usual good meal at Carabbas. Wish I could give 0 stars. Dropped off 3 brand new pair of pants (about $200 worth) to hem, ruined all three. They gave me $50 to make up for it. If you want your pants to be hemmed how you want, you should probably go somewhere else. Tide cleaners in Henderson is the best! We have been using Tide dry cleaners for awhile now and have yet to have a bad experience. We LOVE them! My husband works at a casino and with that said, he comes home smelling like pure cigarette(he does not smoke). It is horrible. Tide does an awesome job of getting that stench out of his suits. Life can get a bit hectic at times and I'll forget to send out/ pick up my husband's work clothes on time, but Tide is pretty great about getting it done next day which is FANTASTIC. They make it super convenient with a drive thru, but my favorite part is their home pick up/drop off! KAINOA our delivery driver is the BEST! Such a nice guy and provides great service. The Tide employees are an awesome team. We HIGHLY recommend them if you want your clothes cleaned properly, on point pressed and done in a timely manner. If you were to have a dream about Tide having a dry cleaners, this place is exactly what you'd picture. As we pulled up through the drive thru, Brenton greeted us. He was super cheerful and pleasant. We told him what we were picking up and he knew exactly which hat was ours. In fact, he said, "I cleaned that myself! It's a sweet hat." I recently moved to Henderson from Summerlin and as I had a the "first time customer" coupon I thought I would try Tide Cleaners. I got 2 jackets and a paid of pants done and it was $15 with the 25% off. The prices are around 6$ a piece which is on the higher end but I don't mind as it is of high quality. The clothes have the "tide" scent which is a nice touch. The customer service has been great both at drop off and pick up and they even give you a bag to make it easier to drop your next load off. They also have a rewards program that is free! I would definitely recommend this cleaner. read more

Use at your own risk. Gave two stars because the short two months we used them, the alterations on 10 pants were fantastic, not cheap, but good quality. Other than that, spent in excess of $400 on cleaning and alterations to come home once with a pair of pants that weren't ours, not even close to either of our sizes, and were nasty old. I took them back asked how that happened and the girl said "we knew your order was missing tan pants, so we grabbed a pair of tan pants to complete it." What, who operates that way? They said they'd call me the next day after looking for my tan pants. No call until a week later to my husband's cell #. I called them back as per his VM message, the girl wasn't there, she'd "just left." I left my cell number and asked that she call back. Well, it's been another week, no call back, to either of our numbers, and still I have missing tan pants. Calvin Klein slacks that were $65 plus tax and they just "poof" disappeared. In addition, I had a black Calvin Klein suit cleaned a few times, and after a cleaning, I had super-glue-like stuff on the left sleeve of the jacket. My husband and I don't know if we are missing anything else, sort of trusted that what we left for cleaning in their issued bag would be what we'd get back. We wouldn't know, so many things left and I didn't count them at pick up each time. I do know that the time they tried to 'slip' some nasty pants in to "complete my order" that they indeed lost my name brand pants and got caught. I also had to ask several times for them to apply coupons I always showed at drop off, I would arrive to pick up, ask if the total had the coupon applied, and every time it hadn't been adjusted. I don't trust this place AT ALL. Be careful, count and check your items, as well as your bill each time. read more

Short Sleeve ones turned out just OK but they totally forgot about pressing the Long Sleeve ones. They charged me $2.89 a shirt for doing nothing. First time customer, last time customer. There are other dry cleaners in the valley that I have used that are less expensive and actually do the work. Thought I would give these guys a try. Well... they blew it! read more
