They did an amazing job and delivered the banner in the time promised. We also printed business cards and their work is amazing. We had business cards printed on Vistaprint and the quality was horrible. Vistaprint even redid it and they were still not good that's why we wanted to have them remade. Arlete checked the file to make sure we wouldn't have the same issue and the business cards turned out perfect. They pay attention to detail, have reasonable prices, and have amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them, and we will continue to use their services.

Sam claimed he "worked on my project all morning," but the only thing that happened was downloading my file to see if it could even be printed. That's it. I also had to follow up myself just to get basic answers. They kept $35 for no service. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional. Businesses that take upfront payment, misrepresent work done, and refuse full refunds are not trustworthy. Plenty of better options out there -- save your money and go elsewhere.
