Brought tickets to a musical 4 months in advance and they notified us the day of the show that those seats were not available. They gave us a partial refund and tickets to new seats. Went to got see the show and the tickets they provided us were invalid. Called and they would not give a refund and said tickets were valid when they were not. They will investigate. I was trying to get tickets for a local concert at the Radio Room and they were charging me $59/ticket and saying there was seating together but Radio Room doesn't really have much seating, it's not that kind of venue. Bought way over priced tickets for a NHRA event because I thought it was the only place left to get them. $545 for two and then they sent a email that said I couldn't get them until the day before the race and this was 2 months before the event , they also said I would have to download a app to get them sent to my phone the day before the event. worst experience ever. I thought I was ordering from the theater as they came up on the website with the Huntington Theater website. I paid 3X the price that was available on the Theater website and they charged a $65 "service fee per ticket. I tried to cancel within I minute and have been fighting with them for over three hours. The price was doubled on this market place broker site. i called immediately while the charge was pending and was unable to get a refund. Through trickery Ren in customer service offered me no refund choice. I searched for tickets and the ticket center was at the top of the list without disclosure. Ads on social media say tickets were 40 dollars each, get to the site and the total cost of two tickets is over 200 dollars. Try to refund the tickets due to a personal conflict with the event, tells me that i cannot refund them and then they encourage me to scalp the tickets and sell them online. When you google the venue this site comes up as the top search result and looks official so you fall for it. just awful . . . tried to get a stanford women's basketball tkt online. I erroneously clicked on the first link (shoulda used stubhub, and eventually ended up using stubhub). I bought a tkt for $32.50 (pretty high in hindsight since it wasn't a sellout and i arrived at game time), received and confirmation email and was told i would receive my ticket in the mail. When i arrived at the game, there was no ticket in my email. I called them and they put me on hold for 6 minutes, then told me there was no ticket. . . how does that work? i did buy a ticket and get a confirmation . . . how can a confirmation not actually be a confirmation? When mr unhelpful customer service guy told me i would get a refund in a few days, i told him i just drove 50 minutes and was standing at the gate (unable to get in). He apologized and said "sorry" and asked if there was anything else he could help me with. How about actually helping. . . i ended up finding an even better ticket on stubhub for $19.13. . . no stars. I brought up Ticketmaster to purchase a show which was April 19th, 2025. I didn't realize it was ticket center. I looked at the BBB and saw 3000 plus complaints and thought it was a fraudulent site. It wasn't however. Just a site without a BBB rating and thousands of complaints. Then I got an email my tickets are now for April 25th instead of April 19th which wont work as I I will be out if town. They wouldn't work with me for any other date after telling them the 25th wouldn't work. I have worked with Stub Hub and Vivid Seats previously and have never encountered this. I put in my request and it came back with two tickets in the first row, but did not list the seat numbers. Pricing was around $150/ticket. I searched for reviews of the site, and realized they were high priced and a possible scam. Too bad there isn't zero start. Do Not Use this site for parking and I would be wary of using them for anything else. I bought concert tickets, and the process was ok. I also bought parking for the event and that process was awful! I never got the email to actually get the parking but wasn't worried as their purchase email said to wait until right before the event to get the email with the ticket process. I spent the better part of the day of the event trying to get the parking ticket. And when I checked other ways to get parking I found closer parking for half the price. What a RIPOFF! Tickets-Center.com is a ticket scalper and scammer. We used their website by mistake. They design their websites to look official, in this case, the Santa Fe Opera. We ordered tickets for July 3rd, 20224. Tickets-Center.com charged us $414.95 for ticket with the face value of $104.00. And, to make things worse, the seats are in the absolute last row in the building, in the upper balcony mezzanine. The tickets are schedule not to be delivered until July 2nd, we would like to cancel our order, which is not allowed by Tickets-Center.com. They are dishonest and crooked. Charged $300+ for tickets worth $70. When purchasing, there was no clarification, or choosing of seats available. This was for an event nearly sold out, so I went ahead with it, assuming I'd get great seats, for the section I chose. I got horrible seats and the tickets they sent clearly say they are $35. Over 200 is going into their pocket. I called customer service, who verified all of this, and was silent when I said "So, this company is basically a scam."
