A complete and total ripoff. I was buying tickets directly from what I was led to believe was the official ticket seller - Ticket Center, which came complete with a look-alike platform only to find out I paid triple the real cost of the tickets that were readily available directly from the Dallas Opera. This included an additional pre-paid parking spot...three blocks away. This operation is a sham. I see others complained the had systems that temporarily hijack the ticket purchase section of other venues and give the appearance when you are buying direct - when you are not. I learned a lesson...and my advise to you is to avoid these scammers at all costs. read more

I was willing to pay the price listed. When the tickets were electronically delivered, the were GA. I have an email from them with a confirmation of section and seats! Those tickets do not exist. I have been on the phone 2 days in a row (the game is 1 week away) and they said the order was cancelled, but they don't know when I will receive an email stating a refund. I was searching for tickets online and I "thought" i was purchasing them directly with the Cleveland Orchestra on 10/18 for an event in December. They have an unfair and deceptive way of marketing that makes it appear they are the original vendor. I was originally just trying to get my tickets swapped, but once I found it was a third party vendor, I immediately asked for a refund. Since they are scam artist and want it to be "perceived" they are the original vendor, they refused to refund. They told me I could "list the tickets for sale online". Unfortunately there is no option to leave negative stars. I purchased tickets for Earth Wind and Fire and Chicago concert back in August 2024 but the concert was cancelled due to lightening and thunder. I received an email on the following day that the concert will be rescheduled TBD without any further details. Apparently the concert was rescheduled for September 2024--but I never received a notification. This is what the email from Ticket Center read: "Earth Wind and Fire and Chicago (Postponed - Date TBD) on Saturday, August 3,2024 has been postponed. We will notify you through email with the new date and time when the event has been rescheduled." Never received an update again from Ticket Center. When I called to ask why I didn't receive any notification. They explained that it was the consumer's responsibility to check the website and not on Ticket Center to notify the consumer when the concert was going to be rescheduled. I paid $773 for the tickets as a present to my mother. Now shame on me for using Ticket Center. BE CAREFUL---DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT USE TICKET CENTER. SCAM and a TOTAL RIP-OFF On January 23rd I bought 4-tickets from Ticket-Center.com to see the Neil Diamond Musical on January 31st at the AU-Rene Theater in Ft. Lauderdale. After the purchase, they offered parking at the INDOOR GARAGE AT THE BROWARD CENTER AU RENE PARKING, making you believe that it was parking at the theater, indoors. We purchased the ticket for $69.96 including tax and fees. We received four emails, one confirming the purchase, the second thanking me for the order, the third with instructions and the fourth saying the ticket is ready to download. None of these four emails show the address of the parking facility and I had difficulties downloading the ticket die to a "glitch". On January 31 before I left for the theater I was able to call the number on the emails and they sent me more documents which again didn't show the address of the parking facility. Only when I was able download the ticket was the address shown and instead of being in the Au-Rene Theater it was a parking facility that required a 15 minute walk to the AU-RENE Theater. FOR $69.95? If we had known this from the beginning we wouldn't have accepted the purchase as we had a handicapped person in our group and could not have walked for 15 minutes from their parking to the theater. We did not use this parking and ended up with VALET which cost $30.00. (Now we have paid $99.05 for Parking!). And for others to know, indoor parking at the facility across the street from the AU-RENE Theater only cost $14.00. All this makes me believe they intentionally hide the address until you accept their lengthy conditions including that once purchased the ticket is non-refundable. This is an absolute misleading SCAM and a TOTAL RIP-OFF. If they had any decency they would refund me the money I paid. read more

This Company is a SCAM! Please do not use them for any reason!! I ordered tickets on the evening of June 4th and was surprised by the cost and availability of the tickets. The next morning I went online and realized that this was a third party. The webpage gave me the option to return the tickets so I did so. I received a response that stated "your request to return tickets has been successfully completed" and "these tickets are no longer valid for admission". I thought that a refund would follow but it never did. I called them today and received a total run around and was directly lied to and was told that they were not able to provide me a refund. I brought tickets for a reggae concert from Ticket Center the tickets were $428.66 on 8/24/2024. I got a notification thanking me for my purchase and a email will follow . I waited for the email and nothing came I went on the website and tried texting with a virtual personal who kept asking for my email address that i gave her and that was no help the concert went and i am still waiting for my tickets. i called my credit card company Best Buy CiTi to do a charge back and they did not give me back my money I feel like i was robbed twice. TOTAL SCAM!!!! The process to purchase tickets was easy. The part of the process that qualifies as a 1 Star review is the charge. Their site says that "Prices may be above or below face value" but doesn't forewarn you that you would be paying $119 per ticket plus an additional $75 for taxes and site fees ... only to print out the tickets that they emailed to see that they are for $45 seats. The tickets I bought are "bogus" according to the event ticket office and I will not Be allowed entry with them.
