We called the number on the sign and Corey came from home to help us. He plugged our tire so we could safely get it to a Walmart tire service center 20 miles away. I saw a car online I was interested in and I called the dealership. I was unable to get there on the day I called as I had the flu and we were juggling one car. I asked if the car could please be held until Thursday. The man on the phone said there were actually two of them on the lot and sure they could do that. I got a call Thursday around noon that the one vehicle left that I was coming to test drive was being sent to the Lexington Park site and she "goofed up" as she did not do something within the computer to keep the car there. There was a similar vehicle at the Germantown location that costs a bit more. I told her I was willing to look at and test drive that one if the price was negotiable for this mess she had just put me through. She retrieved the car and I went there to test drive it. The car's exterior was FILTHY. The black car was almost yellow. We drove it and it seemed fine. We returned and we noticed a lot of small nicks in the paint. We pointed them out to her and said due to the car's filth we can't tell if it's dirt or paint chips. She took it to the car wash and came back and there were chips EVERYWHERE. I said "Well, how much are willing to take off the price?" She said, no, this is a price tag dealership. We don't do that. So, despite what she said on the phone, they were going to do NOTHING. Then, she had the NERVE to text me the next day and said they would not change the price, but would "try to do that best they can" to clean up the paint job. If you are going to consider this place, show up and look at the cars and make sure they are clean as they may be hiding damage.

Here is a list of current issues I'm dealing with that I'll have to pay to fix without even making my first payment yet. Back passenger tire wouldn't hold air, had leak. Oh they were nice enough to replace it with a very used tire LOL after they told me they had ordered a new one. Additionally, I had to bring the car in and drop off due to a vibration and clunking noise I noticed. They took it to a local shop up the street who probably didn't even test drive it and stated it was fine. We'll I got a second opinion since I don't TRUST this dealership and as you can see below I'm now out another $1000 and haven't even made my first payment on the vehicle. 10 stars! This guy's a killer mechanic and super honest too…read more I live in Northeast DC and recently had an ignition issue with my truck that prevented me from even being able to get it started. Rather than shell out a bunch of dough to have the truck towed to the nearest mechanic, it turned out to be much cheaper (and convenient) to have someone come and fix the issue on-site instead. Long story short, Ronnie drove out to where my car was and within the span of just a few hours managed to: replace a busted ignition lock cylinder, refill my truck's freon/oil/wiper fluid, recharge my battery, and do some lock-out magic as well. He was punctual, friendly, clearly knew his stuff, and didn't try to sell me on anything that I didn't need. The rate for labor was good too ($85 an hour). I'll definitely give him a ring again if I have any more mechanical issues.
