My truck was in rough shape a shock was bouncing around and rusty crossmembers, old crusty fuel lines. After CMP's magic my truck runs as good as when I first got it, while being swamped with work my truck was done in a timely fashion and Paul communicated everything that might need to be done or what he thinks would be the best option. Very hard to find a reputable shop that does nice work and have a very personable experience if you have a truck that your about to give up on make sure you stop into CMP

A few years ago, something starting rattling under my hood so bad to the point where I couldnt stand the noise anymore and finally went to a local dealership. I was tight on money at the time and my heart sank when I was told that it would cost me $500 to fix... at that point, I was damn near ready to just trash my car completely. Wanting a second opinion, I reached out to Paul. He told me to swing by his shop and let him take a look at it. When I got there, he was in the middle of working on another vehicle but he dropped what he was doing to come over and take a look. He started laughing and shaking his head, took his wrench, tightened a bolt for me and the noise instantly went away. I tried to pay him something for his time but he refused. Most auto shops could care less about you as a person; they just want their money. And if you're someone who is ignorant in that area such as I am, they're going to find a way to get it. Paul could have easily done the same, but he was honest instead and I will forever be grateful for that!!! Never going anywhere else... I highly recommend this place. Support your local businesses and go check out CMP the next time you're experiencing any issues. You wont regret it

He repaired our Dodge Sprinter motor home, which is not an easy endeavor since it is a combination of Dodge and Mercedes components. He provided a cost estimate before he started any work and communicated routinely on progress. In addition, prices were reasonable. I highly recommend Aaron and his shop.

I called just about every shop in the area that works on diesel and all of them told me that they didn't want to work on it, a few people even laughed at me, said "no thanks" and hung up on me. Dave was very kind and helpful on the phone and said that if I could get it to their shop they'd look at it first thing in the morning. We managed to limp the bus over to the shop. Dave was still there when we arrived (it was evening) and he was kind enough to give us a ride to our motel. Aaron had the bus fixed by noon the next day. We had another complication as we drove another 30 miles up the road, and Aaron arrived as quickly as he could and jumped through hoops to get us back on the road. After that last hiccup, we made it back to CT safe and sound and the bus drove wonderfully. I've never had such a pleasant experience with a mechanic shop. These folks know what they're doing and they care. Dave even called us after we left to wish us safe travels. The competence and the kindness were truly overwhelming. It's one of those experiences that makes you feel better about humanity.

I…read moreended up here for three reasons - great reviews and star ratings, their detailed web page, and the fact that my Mercedes service shop let me down for the third time, claiming I wasn't there on the right day. (I was.) I called Mercedes Specialists, asked when was the soonest I could get in for a service, and they surprised me by being able to take my appointment that afternoon. That never happens! Terrific service from Sheila at the front desk, good discussion with the team, and they were enthused because this was the first time they'd had a new CLS450 in the shop. They talked about the engine, its differences from other recent Mercedes engines, and so on. They shared the expected service intervals for every service through 120,000 miles, and made two additional recommendations based on seeing a lot of older Mercedes with neglected service. The real kicker? Service A for $195 as a first time customer, but would have been only $215 otherwise compared to the $579 my dealer wanted to do the service, but couldn't provide, even though I'd scheduled a week ahead. I know where I'm going from now on. And based on the other cars at the shop, a lot of people seem to trust them.

This team is top notch, intelligent, and professional. Each person at Mercedes Specialists is smart enough to sit in an air conditioned office doing desk work as white collar professionals. We as a society are fortunate that they do what they do. Justin, Ian, Tom and the entire team are the best. Period. I've spent embarrassing amounts of money at dealerships and here. When the dealer destroyed my car, Mercedes Specialists meticulously trouble shot each issue and got my very old car up and running like it's a current model of the show room floor. Thank you, Mercedes Specialists!
