The staff at Hanover VW are fantastic. We worked with Travis to test drive a couple of used Touaregs. He was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. We never felt pressure to buy. Jesse, the sales manager was friendly and efficient getting the sales paper work done. But the icing on the cake was when our finance company could not complete their paperwork after a week of effort. I call Angela on a Friday night. She and Travis were able to get everything done on Saturday morning and we took the car home that day. This year has been more challenging than last year. We started looking at the new all electric vehicle market. We always found ourselves being drawn to the ID.4. If all the dealerships we visited, Hanover VW was the best. Our saleswoman is Hannah Murray. Though we have not received our ID.4, she has kept us in the loop with the market and the delivery issues all dealerships are dealing with. She has been able to calm our frustrations and we are eagerly anticipating a new ID.4 in the garage. Hannah also help us look at the charging stations and options out there.
