The staff were lovely, very friendly having chats with customers (everybody knows everybody so of course they are!) and just being generally smiley, which makes the cafe quite cheerful.

We were thirsty so I asked to get a bottle of water however the staff were so nice they whipped out a jug of cold water and just gave us two glasses for free insisting that I take it rather than pay! The queue moves very fast anyway. A lot of staff behind the counter. Their bread is orgasmic. They also make up big rolls for take away. Also amazing and very reasonably priced and HUGE! With really nice homemade coleslaw! If you decide to sit in to eat I would most certainly recommend it. Their breakfasts are one of the best in Dublin.
