Needed help transporting my 98-year-old mother-in-law home from rehab and needed homecare…read moretemporarily until a live in could be found. All Seasons Homecare was highly recommended to me by my attorney so I gave them a call. I talked with the owner, Lou Ann. She explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. I knew after talking to her that my mother-in-law would be in good hands. This place is top notch and so professional. I used All Seasons for 11 days. In that time, all the caregivers showed up on time and gave excellent care to my mother-in-law. At the end of each shift, the caregiver would write up a summary of their visit online, letting me know how my mother-in-law was doing and how the visit went. These notes were very insightful. I appreciate how if there are any problems or questions you can contact Honor, the company All Seasons partners with, 24 hours a day. Very reassuring. Everything went smoothly and I would highly recommend All Seasons/Honor. Are they expensive? Yes. Are they worth it? Absolutely!!!! When you need homecare done right, this is the place to contact! Thanks Lou Ann, Christina, and all the excellent caregivers. You guys are the best!!!

We were given very short notice that mom was going to be released but Lou Ann and Christina met with us and mom to get better acquainted with her and her needs. Shortly after mom got home she had a virtual meeting with a therapist and with no way to conduct this meeting, Christina drove to the home to personally assist with the process. Above and beyond! An urgent staffing issue arose late on a Sunday evening while I was sitting in an airport so I called the 24 hour service number and within minutes I received a call back that the issue was resolved, another example of All Season's commitment to provide the best possible care to their clients and their families. All of the Health Care Professionals assigned to help mom have been very helpful, patient and kind (and mom can be a handful at times:) ) I also very much appreciate the fact that I receive daily reports once the homecare visit is complete that summarizes the visit. Living out of state this is beyond helpful. After reading the reports and finding out about doctor visits or therapist visits that occurred I am able to contact mom and discuss the visit, etc. Without hesitation I would recommend this organization for anyone who is in need of homecare services. The entire organization from Lou Ann and Christina to the personnel answering the 24 hour "hotline" is in my mind, without a doubt, the best homecare service available. Living out of state I am unable to oversee mom's care on a daily basis, but, in my opinion, All Season's professionalism coupled with their compassion reassures me that mom is receiving the next best thing to a family member being there

Oh my God, where do I start? When I recently had to move and downsize from a house to an apartment,…read moremy cousins gave me a present of 10 hours with their organizer, Chelsy. At first I was reticent as I thought I needed to go through every single piece of paper and how could someone else help me? WELL... Chelsy helped box up everything and helped me decide what to keep, what to recycle, what to donate (she even took care of bringing stuff to various places that accept donations), what to shred (yep, she took care of that too). She was part organizer, part therapist. AND then she came to my apartment after the movers arrived and basically set everything up (with and without my help), came back on other days, framed and hung prints, AND the best is yet to come: I had to go out of town several days later, and Chelsy came to my apartment while I was gone (yes, I gave her the keys - she's VERY trustworthy) and continued to take my life out of boxes and set up my apartment. I returned last night from my trip and expected to walk in the door and be overwhelmed by boxes everywhere. NOPE, my entire apartment was set up, and the small handful of boxes of books and other assorted things I need to go through were well-placed so they're not evident, and I don't trip over them. She set up systems and organized the kitchen drawers and my closets and and and... Chelsy gave me a piece of mind, made my transition so much easier, and contributed to my sanity. I can't praise or recommend her enough. Three thumbs up!

I finally decided to give her a try and hired Chelsey/Xtra Set of Hands to help organize my office closet. She did a good job in a reasonable amount of time. I had her come back to help with my garage. My husband is a pack rat and likes to do crafts, so his stuff is all over the place! The garage was full to the brim with stuff! She cut right through it and quick! She separated all the alike stuff in different piles. Cleaned up the garbage and bagged all the goodwill stuff and then she asked me what I wanted to keep/needed and what I wanted to donate or throw away. I am very happy with the way everything looks and how organized things are! I was amazed how quick she went through stuff and she even took my goodwill items! Most recently I had her back to organize my kitchen. The kitchen was so cluttered, there was too much stuff on the counters and I just didn't have time to deal with it and didn't know where to put everything. The top of the refrigerator was full of boxes and cereal. She put everything in very nice baskets, labeled them and got all the stuff off the counters. She got baskets for the pet stuff in the cabinet and suddenly, I had all this room! It is such a relief and now I have a place for everything! She even brought the baskets and supplies with her. The kitchen looks sooo clean and clutter free now, I just love it!!! I am addicted, I highly recommend her services. It is such a great feeling! I plan on having her come back soon to work on other projects Jeanine DiGiacomo

She came across as professional and trustworthy. She described her process for handling sensitive information, which I appreciated. She was also very understanding about a recent death in the family that contributed to my overwhelm. We did all the work remotely. She got me up to speed on a shared password system, a project management system, and kept active lists of what we were each doing. This kept my head clear and me on task. I never thought I could be this type of person. What's special about Keith is that he doesn't just organize, he teaches you the skills required for maintaining an organized home over the long term, tailored to you. He's trained with Marie Kondo and specializes in organizing for ADHD. He asks excellent questions in the decluttering process and has brilliant strategies for organization--I don't have ADHD but find that his methods work very well for my busy pace of life. I've developed a better understanding of why disorganization happens and how to address them and create systems as needed. All that to say, working with Keith is one of the best investments I've ever made. He's also a lovely person to spend an afternoon with, and always communicative, warm, and incredibly punctual. For someone reason my first review did not post and so I am resubmitting because I want to share…read morewith all of you our experience with Sonata Hospice. In late October of 2025, our family was scrambling to find a hospice care provider for my mother in law. Finding a reliable hospice provider for a loved one is a daunting task often made under stressful circumstances. Our family, after extensive searching and disappointing recommendations from other sources, found Sonata Hospice through positive online reviews on Yelp. This review comes from a genuine family who utilized their services for a critical 10-day period. The level of care provided by the entire Sonata team to both our loved one and our family was amazing and far exceeded our expectations. We felt completely confident that our loved one was in excellent hands, and we as a family felt fully supported throughout this difficult process. Several team members deserve specific commendation for their outstanding professionalism and genuine compassion: Rachael (Nurse/Case Manager): Rachael was outstanding. Her work is a true blessing and a calling. She provided expert clinical care while simultaneously offering immense comfort to our family. The attentiveness she provided our loved one was consistent with the level of care one gives their own family. Her clear communication, explaining procedures, answering questions, and involving us in the care plan was a model of professional and empathetic care giving. Marsha (Home Health Aide): Marsha treated our loved one with dignity and affection, like she was caring for a member of her family. Her hands-on care was superb. Maria (Chaplain): Maria brought much-needed peace, love, and spiritual support during a challenging time, helping us navigate the emotional and spiritual aspects of the process and providing our loved one with that extra level of care. The Office and After-Hours staff were consistently responsive and efficient in meeting all our immediate needs. The support they extended through the difficult moment when our loved one passed, provided ease and compassion during our time of grief. And our hearts were warmed when at her funeral we saw Rachael and Maria present and still supporting us. Deciding on end-of-life care is perhaps one of the most significant decisions a family can make. Concerns about the quality of care, trustworthiness, and prioritization of patient well-being over financial considerations are paramount. Sonata Hospice put those fears to rest. They are a trustworthy, compassionate, and highly professional organization that we wholeheartedly recommend to any family navigating the hospice journey. I hope this review makes the post and can provide another family with reassurance.
