We often forget that the small business has more at stake than the big companies do. This is something that Caddyshack Motors has not forgotten. Don't overlook them, don't underestimate them, and if you see a car there you really like, dont question it's quality. Every car is maryland inspected and runs the way they want them to run for their own family. No duds. Their level of customer service is beyond comparison. Oh a hot day they brought water to my family, and gave the kids things to play with while we talked about the purchase. You simply can't find honest caring people at major dealerships like you can at Caddy Shack. They made sure that we got a great vehicle at a great price, no games. My wife is thrilled. The vehicle has remote start, front AND rear heated seats, and best of all, dvd player with two screens. Perfect for our kids. Look at my other reviews, you can tell I don't BS. Don't question your decision... go buy a car from them, you'll be happy. I am.

The service was above and beyond. They text you a link so you know when they've started your work and when they've finished it. It was unexpected but so nice to have a report to look at other than just a verbal "pass" or "fail" from the mechanic. The inspection was reasonably priced (we paid ~$90) and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get their inspections done.

After a terrible experience at Heritage in Bel Air where I was insulted and dealt with shady car salesmen, I was pretty on edge going into this process, but this team completely changed everything for me. MJ took care of me and ensured I had everything needed, he was very knowledgeable about the car and walked me through its features. Carley really helped solidify the deal, making everything feel fair, transparent, and straightforward. And Alex in finance made the final steps incredibly smooth--no surprises, no stress, just clear and efficient. This was hands down the easiest, most stress-free car buying experience I've ever had. The whole team was professional, honest, and actually enjoyable to work with (which says a lot when it comes to buying a car!). You can tell when you walk into a dealership the integrity of its staff and this place definitely values transparency and integrity! If you're debating where to go--skip the hassle of finding a good dealership and go here. You'll be in great hands

I was immediately put on hold for 8.5 minutes then was disconnected. I called right back and went through the faulty telephone tree as before. This time instead of speaking to a person I was asked if I wanted a call back. I did. Two hours later, not having heard from the service department, I made another call. This again wound up with my being offered a call back. I again agreed and again received no call within a reasonable amount of time. A fourth call finally got me through to a service writer. An appointment was made for two days later at 8:15 a.m. I was told that the work would take 1.5-2.0 hours, so I elected to wait at the dealership for repairs. When I arrived for the appointment, I was told the wait would be a minimum of 3.5 hours. I called my wife to pick me up, disrupting both of our morning expectations. There's no excuse for that kind of stupidity. This service department doesn't appear to know what they're doing. When I finally retrieved the car, the bill was 150% more than what I was expecting. If I can find another Mazda dealer in the area, I doubt I'll be returning to Fitzgerald.
