Everything was very good! It's a very chill spot for brunch. They do have cocktails if you'd like but I just had this hibiscus tea with some lemon which was refreshing and very light and my brother had an iced matcha. The service was good, our server was very bubbly. It got a bit busy and I think she forgot about us towards the end when we were waiting for her to come around again with the check. I had the grilled cheese with tomato soup and I will say the grilled cheese was to die for. The cheese had bacon melted into it. It was such a filling meal for me, I absolutely loved it. I had a side of hash brown as well and it was perfectly splendid, it had a crispy finish to it. My brother loved his avocado toast, he ate it all to the last bite. Parking can be tricky, there is street parking. If not there's a garage a couple blocks down. I guess since it's in the heart of the gables it can be kinda busy. Although, I will say this breakfast spot is in such a great location for you to walk around and enjoy time with friends or family.
An absolute gem! I'm mad that I never ate there before. We went on Easter Sunday for a late breakfast. We did not reserve but they were able to sit us outside, it was a beautiful day. We probably had 3 different servers, I loved how they all worked together. They were all friendly and polite; Alegra was the one we talked to the most, she was terrific. On to the food, we loved it! We had a Morrocan Spice Avo Toast with a poached egg, it was delicious!! Had to take half home. We also ordered Pope Benedict and WOW was it good. The hash browns were crispy, the eggs were perfect and the cauliflower purée delicious. I wanted there to be more of it! We also had a perfectly made latte served in a glass who I love and a calming refresher, so good. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go! Can't wait to go back and try other things.

Have always loved to visit Threefold for Breakfast but recently stopped in for lunch and I gotta say I don't know what took me so long to do it! They have some pretty great menu options that keep things fresh and interesting. On this visit we tried the SMOKED SALMON and the SPICY CHOOK SALAD, both items were very tasty and had generous portions. Their house made Banana bread is also a must try. Their servers are also super friendly and quick to offer some great suggestions when you are stuck picking between the many available options
Found this gem and couldn't have been happier! Our waitress was such a sweet girl and provided great service! The outdoor sitting area was perfect and the coffee... probably one of the best lattes I've had! The breakfast sandwich I got was good, and my husbands chicken salad was really tasty! Definitely a great place to start your day!
I wasn't a really big fan of the smell of the inside of the place it smelled like they may have not changed the oil they are using when frying. Which is why I chose to eat outside. The service was quick and all servers were very nice. The breakfast sandwich was tasty and so was the yogurt. I wasn't a really big fan of the spicy chook salad, I think it's an acquired taste.
What a great find! Searching on Yelp for a spot for a good latte and breakfast while I was in town and this one surfaced to the top. Great selections on the menu with plenty of options with friendly service. It has a wonderful seating area outside and enjoyed the early morning cool air on my visit. I selected one of their options of avocado toast and I was not disappointed. Plenty of coffees to select from and I tend to always gravitate to a latte. It was perfect. The staff checked on me frequently and enjoyed my visit from beginning to end. Make sure you stop by and give them a try. Enjoy!

It was a Saturday morning, I was walking my dog and I stumbled upon this brunch spot. There were about two other parties sitting outside already. The weather was great outside so I decided to grab a table with Lola. Monica greeted me upon arrival. She was sweet and kind and definitely made my experience top notch! I ordered a matcha latte and the "I'd Rather Be in Europe" avo toast. Both were delicious! I will be returning to try other avo toast creations!
The food was so good! I got a coffee iced Aussie style and I also had the chill eggs!! Amazing service and so hospitable! Would def recommend!!! Absolutely phenoonmenal hospitality. They moved my table when they saw I was sweating outside in the sun!

Brunch is my favorite meal. Anytime I get to try a new spot that does not disappoint, it's a good day. Today, I joined a friend for brunch at Threefold Cafe. Although the weather wasn't the best, the food and service were! From the time we walked up to the time we walked out, everyone was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The food was really good too. We enjoyed the Strawberries and Cream french toast with a hash brown and bacon as well as the avocado toast. The coffee was good and hot and the pomegranate juice blend was on point. A decent amount of seating indoors and outdoor seating for a nice Miami day (which was not today). The prices were reasonable. Note: 18% gratuity was automatically added to the check. You can find the cafe nestled along the pedestrian section of Giralda. Stop in if you get a chance!
I had been looking forward to trying Threefold Cafe for a while. The service was excellent! and the inside of the cafe was pretty cute, but the food was a bit underwhelming. I had an avocado toast, which came with a very generous amount of avocado, but the bread underneath was soggy and not toasted, which threw off the balance. I also tried the Pope Benedict. The egg was overcooked, it felt more like a hard boiled egg, and the flavor overall was pretty flat. The proportion of the hash brown base was much larger than expected and felt out of balance with the rest of the dish. I really wanted to love it, but the food just didn't quite hit the mark ...3.5/5

My new favorite spot for brunch. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and the servers are super welcoming. They have an expresso bar, inside/outside seating, and a kid-play area inside. I ordered the lemon lime mimosa. It was a zesty kick to start our morning. The Hashtag (cornbeef, potato scraps, poached eggs, and toast) which was packed with flavor. My husband ordered the eggs benedict with pulled pork. Both were satisfying and good portioned. Our waitress was Mia and she IS THE BEST. Sweet and knowledgable about the menu, whatever she recommended we ordered. I love the fact she was very attentive to our table. She made sure our glasses were always filled. read more
Fantastic little spot we stumbled across on our last day in Miami. It was not busy at all on a Monday morning. My wife really enjoyed her Herb Eggs and my French Toast were exceptional! We raise chickens so it's hard for us to eat just any ol' eggs; these were actually local farm fresh eggs! Service was a little slow but we were in no rush and really enjoyed ourselves dining outside in the courtyard. read more

Great location... I must try for anyone in the gables area. They have live music every Friday. When we dine in there was a band named Playkill* they have music in Spotify. Kids are talented. The stake was amazing. They also have a brewery down the block and they gave us free wooden tokens for free beer. A must for beer lovers. read more

When we usually find restaurants to dine at, we don't choose. We just sometimes stumble across it while looking around for places to enjoy. That's exactly what happened when we found this restaurant when we stopped at Giralda Ave for the first time. Their service is amazing. We've never gone during a time where you wouldn't be seated immediately or the food doesn't come out quickly. Their food is simply delicious for great price points. Which is hard to find in Miami. Their food and drink menu is expansive. There's an item for every taste bud. So whatever you're craving for brunch or lunch, they usually have it. The Brekkie Sanga is a usual plate for us to get. It's absolutely delicious and packed with so much flavor. At such a great price point, it sure does keep you stuffed! This place has been a favorite brunch spot to go to. We will continue to support them especially knowing what they have done for the community and their employees. read more
So I am not going to lie, this place is bougie. Everyone who works in the grove knows about this place (overheard people talking about it). So when I first walked in I was a bit skeptical that perhaps it was more rave just because it was popular. Perhaps it was more about aesthetics and not so much the flavor. In all honesty I expected to leave either disappointed or neutral about the place. To my surprise my cappuccino was not only adorable but it tasted fantastic. The service was great and extremely fast. The staff was very attentive. And again, the food was not only presented in a very appealing way but it tasted good! My husband was satisfied with his pulled pork and omelette as well as his cold brew. And I couldn't even finish my entire omelette because I was stuffed and overall very satisfied with my meal. Not a bad place to come to when in the area. This place definitely surprised us. And we will be returning. read more

We were looking for a breakfast spot during the week and we came across this gem. Right on Giralda street with plenty of outdoor seating this little gem hit the spot. The menu was simple - not too many items but just enough for a quick breakfast. We ordered the traditional French toast and their eggs Benedict. We were lost for words of how flavor packed and "modern" their plates were. The sweet cream that came with the French toast was out of this world! The eggs Benedict were on top of hash brown batty instead of an English muffin, it came with a side of mashed cauliflower and fresh spinach on a delicious vinaigrette. Also, their coffees were so rich and delicious, we had the American brewed coffee and the macchiato, both were they delicious! We sat outside, the tables were at a good distance and the service was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place. read more
A really amazing brunch spot! I came here around 10:30-11ish with my homegirl on Saturday, and immediately I noticed the lovely scenery and vibe. This restaurant is right in coral gables and is surrounded by many cute little places to go to or eat, so it has a really nice outdoor ambience. Naturally we sat outside! We both got cappuccinos (beautiful), mimosas, and we split a sangria. The mimosas were amazing and had a good amount of kick! The sangria didn't taste as strong but it was lovely. For the entree, I got the brekkie Sanga which was a breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, avocado, bacon, and a garlic aioli on toasted bread. The sandwich was amazing! The bread was thick, but there was a good amount of filling to balance the proportion. The bite of the bacon went well with the soft eggs and avocado. It also came with a hash brown and a tomato relish (think fancy ketchup). Service was great and highly recommend for anyone to start a day here read more

Needless to say based on the reviews this place has already bagged...one of the best brunch places I've ever been to so far. I am not a local, so can't speak much to the history. Came across this, looking for a good breakfast/brunch place during my travel. Place seems to be super busy during weekends(My guess, probably on weekdays too), luckily didn't have to wait for longer period. Took 15 or so to get a table for two. Service is friendly, ambience is cool especially the outdoors. Indoor seemed to bit crowded (not my comfort level). They do have daily specials on the menu and the person who attended was kind enough to explain it to us. I ordered the famous Avacado Toast(looked delicious in the pictures ...lol and had great reviews) and morning Monkey. Toast tasted little bit greasy but overall good. My absolute favorite is the morning monkey. Warm, soft and sweet. The espressa butter really complimented the flavor. This is a must try here. Highly recommended ! read more
A bit ashamed to say I've been to this place twice without realizing it or yelping! But as soon as I approached the yellow awnings on this visit, memories came flooding back of avo toast and hip decor.. and a long weekend line! And I'm happy to say my visit this time around was during their power lunch which had no wait, and offered the amazing deal of a coffee or tea drink, salad or soup, a lunch-sized main, and a dessert (cookies or muffins) for $15. Everything was delicious but the toast on that day was very hard. Otherwise, our flat white and tea were delicious, the sandwiches were filling (avo toast and cold cut) and the cookies and muffins were some of the best i ever had (especially loved the guava muffin, which wasn't too sweet). But perhaps the best part of our week day visit was the service. All the ladies that tended to us that day were so amazingly patient and sweet. So, so, nice!!! Parking in the area can be a bit of a nightmare but we had no trouble finding metered parking nearby on a random weekday. Valet parking was also available. read more

Awesome breakfast/lunch place on Giralda in Coral Gables. Came for my first time and everything was delicious, I was pleasantly surprised. The salmon was perfectly cooked over a bed of arugula salad in a yummy strawberry vinaigrette dressing. I also recommend the fries with the garlic aioli sauce. For coffee, the cold brew was refreshing. I got mine with oat milk. Prices are also extremely reasonable with generous portions. Check it out, great spot! read more

Extremely disappointed at my food. I got the Pope Benedict and it was just one note acid. I am not a chef but I believe that must be a balanced on a plate not just acid or spicy. I giving them a 3 because service was good and my husband food was good. read more

Stopped in when I was staying around the corner at the Hyatt and had one of the best breakfasts I've had in a very long time--the smashed avo! A piece of toasty rye bread topped with sauteed mushrooms and thyme, smashed avocado with lime, feta and basil and topped with a poached egg. Oh man! So simple yet so delicious. On the side I ordered up the hashbrown which was a cake of fried potatey goodness. To sip? A coconut pineapple juice. Fresh and tasty as can be. To go I had a delicious, rich, iced latte. The space is very clean and bright, tables seat 2+ and if you're solo (like I was) there's a bit of a bar to sit at. You can sit to eat or do simple coffee and such as takeout at the counter. My waiter was attentive and helpful/fun and in general the vibe is informal and pleasant. Now, depending on your view of this this can be either a positive or negative--It's VERY kid friendly, with a dedicated table of toys for kids to play at. While this is great for folks with kids, if you're not with children and just want a quiet meal it might not be the best place to go. I'm generally really cool with kid friendly restaurants but one available toy was a bit overwhelming. It was one of those wooden toys with the pegs that you hammer in? Oye vey. It's one thing to have kids playing, it's a whole other animal to have them pounding on things as you try and sip your latte. Other than that, my time was VERY enjoyable and the meal was amazing. I'd definitely come back, but maybe with some noise canceling headphones just in case. read more

Threefold Cafe is such a delicious and hipster brunch place! It was absolutely amazing! The staff was very attentive and friendly. The mini Mason jars for water ate so quaint. The whole Cafe is very well lit and inviting. The overall decor is white, yellow, slate grey and wood. The rustic feeling with the hanging lights really makes it lovely here. I'd say the inside is a bit loud for a place to study or concentrate on work but it's a good place to chat and catch up with some friends. I had the Pope Benedict. It's very unique. It had a tangy hollandaise sauce (instead of the typical creamy taste, it had hints of vinegar taste in it) and instead of an English muffin base, it had a hash brown round. So tasty! The eggs were a bit overcooked for how I like them for a benedict but it went well with the potato. The cauliflower puree it came with was really really good mixed with the eggs and ham. The veggie omelette, pumpkin toast, and the not so French toast were all very good. The French toast had prosciutto which makes everything better. The pumpkin toast comes out cold so be aware before you order it. Overall, wonderful dining experience. read more

5 Star! Located in Miracle Miles, a little hard to spot since they don't have a sign outside. Came here for Saturday lunch, we ordered two most popular items on the menu - Smashed Avo and Not So French Toast - and I'm glad we made the right choice. Smashed Avo is probably one of the best avocado dish I've ever had. Mixed with feta, lime and basil, butter & thyme roasted mushrooms over Zak the Baker bread (baguette). We added 1 soft poached egg. Soft on the top, hard on the bottom, Mixed interesting flavor and it's simply amazing. "Not So French Toast"... how should I describe this.. Out of this world! Well I hesitated a little bit to get this since I'm not a big fan of prosciutto, but it turned out awesome. Rich in ricotta, the toast is deliciously fried to golden perfection. Drinks: Earl grey tea - wonderful delightful aroma. Cappuccino - the only thing I would not recommend. I prefer coffee that's less sour. Service: friendly and attentive. Price: okay for the food items. Parking: street parking not too difficult to find in the vicinity. Verdict: Great spot for brunch/afternoon tea. Everything on the menu looks interesting. Feeling in the mood to get some Belgian Waffles, and living so close to Threefold Cafe, I decided to pay them a visit. When I got there I was pleased to see the western/country/raw look. It is different, specially for the Gables where everything is Old World, Euro looking or stuffy. But I dig the vibe, it is young, unpretentious, casual, etc. That is why there are many young people, as well as young families, versus the cursed man who is old but has the money. Anyway, the seating is a bit weird, I guess it's part of the look. The food was pretty good, it is not a home run, but it is pretty good. Since I was craving Belgian Waffles I got the Waffle On, which is regular waffles with a fruit compote on top. So, the plate is massive, and I thought the compote was fine, but the waffles had a flavor that is addictive. That would be my favorite thing to eat there. I also got the Pope Benedict, unfortunately they were out of the other vegetarian options, and I took out the ham (maybe). The eggs were cooked well, yet the other stuff was OK. I also found the salad to be overly acidic, but whatever, it was a nice switch/counterbalance, although I sometimes think that they push the envelope a bit too far... My partner liked his food. In town for a few days on business and asked Yelp for help In finding a good coffee/breakfast place. Fellow Yelpers, you did not disappoint. I asked for a recommendation on coffee and went with the flat white. Good decision on my part. I'm glad I was in the mood for avocado toast because what they are serving here is top-notch. Since we were staying at the Colonnade we came here for a late brunch. We shared the smoked salmon toast and the beets and goat cheese toast. I also had a guava mimosa which is my favorite. The staff were all nice and friendly and we enjoyed our brunch outdoors. read more
Although I can only give full stars...I would honestly give Threefold an addition 1/2 star due to their service. I looked forward to having brunch at Threefold so much that I had a hard time deciding if I wanted to go to Coral Gables or South Miami location. But we chose Coral Gables just as it finished raining and was seated fairly quickly being that we were not able to make a reservation. The place is neat and clean, very organic inside with its decor. The Good: Being a cafe, it's typical for patrons to order plenty of teas and coffee. They have two workers producing orders at top speed which I was highly impressed with. We ordered two lattes and they came out fresh and hot! From the food we decided order on our first encounter were great selections except for one. we were trying to stay away from many of the breaded items. We ordered the Fried French Toast - super moist, not your typical bread, and was topped with freshly diced guava and anglaise sauce | Pope Benedict - a great twist to a Benedict by using hash-browns vs English muffin and you get to choose to add salmon or pulled pork. Changes the flavor and adds great texture and crunch! | Smoked Salmon Egg Scramble - Not the best. The Bad: I was disappointed and hurt after two elements... first one was acknowledging the ONLY reason I wanted to have brunch at Threefold was to dive into their Fried French Toast. Online they showed a full two tower plate of French Toast (even guest on yelp and google posted photos of the same), yet when I placed my order, out came these 4 tiny strips of French Toast that gave me a flash back of eating at Burger King. Not cool. I later noticed that I could no longer find photos that were posted, so it must have been a complaint by many. The other issue was ordering the Smoked Salmon Egg Scramble. This was by far the worst dish I have ever TRIED to eat. It was bland, felt under-prepared, and did not look appealing to enjoy. I'm not the person to complain and asked my girlfriend not to also because I placed that order. But, it sure doesn't get me excited to return anytime soon. Other: Give yourself plenty of time in that area. There are street parking on all blocks surrounding the venue. But it can take you a while to find one and walk over. Small cute, stylish cafe, with good breakfast and brunch items. Avocado lovers rejoice the Avo Smash toast is amazing you have the choice to add eggs for 2$ each which we abilaged to do. The not so french toast was juicy, and flavorful. Drinks the Earl Grey Tea came with good presentation and tasted good. The cappuccino coffee was a little sour for our tastes but the presentation was good. Only cons are the price and the seating arrangement can be a bit cramped. read more
