    Country scramble with bacon. Delicious
    Yanet T.

Food was good! Wish I would have tried more options. We ordered the madame croque and the country scramble. Favorite was the scramble sooooo good. I have had a better Madame croque before. This one was a bit dry. I actually removed the bottom bread because it was too much. I believe more beschamel sauce would have done the trick ! Husband had a cafe con leche and I opted for American coffee which was way too bitter (strong) for my taste. Overall I enjoyed the place and might return if I'm ever near there. Place was small but service was fast and friendly.

Solid place to get breakfast in the Coral Gables area. Service was excellent and the coffee was good. Plenty choices of hot breakfast options. I went with the American breakfast with eggs over medium. Came out perfect. Hashbrowns were an add-on but came out crispy. Highly recommend.

Breakfast grilled cheese panini, eggs and bacon

This place looked good on yelp but definitely exceeded my expectations. I had the breakfast grilled cheese panini with a side of hash browns, eggs and bacon. All were fire . For sure one of if not the best place I ate at during my work trip here in Miami.

Excellence delivered again! Leandra and the entire team at Chef Sucre delivered top quality service and food yet again! It'll continue to be a small business that I will support. Great ambiance whether dining inside or outside and great meals! Today it was the chef's breakfast wrap with a side salad and a blueberry muffin. Enjoy!

Place is super cute with in and outdoor seating. Menu has great breakfast options with turkey substitutions ( I don't eat pork). Didn't really look at the lunch menu options but I did see some delightful options. For breakfast they had lots of egg options but also oatmeal, smoothies croissants, sandwiches and more. Perfect spot to get a good meal with good service and cool art on the walls available for purchase.

You order at the cash register and then pick a table and they'll bring the food and utensils to the table for you. Croissant in Miami- 5/5 Shared this with a friend. Love the sweetness of the jam paired with the crunchiness of the bacon. It's kind of like having ketchup in your sandwich? If you like ketchup with eggs, then this is your thing. Salad was really fresh and crunchy. Hashbrowns with truffle oil and cheese: 4/5 was a little too salty for me? But love the crunch of the hashbrowns. I think I'll just get them plain next time

Super kind and attentive staff and even better food. Croissant in Miami was soooo good along with my latte. Will definitely be coming back!

Food was delicious. I had the Super Loaded Egg Muffin. It was filling and tasty. My friend had the Fresh Berry Parfait, which she enjoyed as well. The place is a cute, small, cafe. The service is extremely friendly. They make sure to greet you hello and goodbye. Additionally, they came up to me to ask if I wanted a box for my leftovers instead of me hunting them down. I will definitely be coming back.

I can make this 2X better in my sleep !

Chef Sucre didn't live up to the hype for me . I went in with high expectations and it was not met . I ordered an a la carte breakfast that consisted of scrambled eggs , veggies , turkey sausage and a whole wheat baguette of the sorts that by itself was 6 bucks which is still irking me . My meal was about 24 with tax when I added my latte. My scrambled eggs with veggies came out with way too much fluid underneath , possibly from thawing the veggies or the tomato that wasn't accounted for . This created a sappy soggy egg texture issue along with a visual issue that eventually joined the flavor issue party. I was making this sorta breakfast in my teens and it's not something I'd want to revisit . The turkey sausage was the best part of my meal. I'm not even sure it's made in house as this is a cafe , so I'll refrain from giving too much credit . Finally, as for the latte , it had a huge layer of foam that must have been about two inches deep and was ok when finally making contact with the surface .Honestly, what was most impressive about this place was the service of the lady taking the orders . She literally ran from behind the counter to pick up a utensil that someone dropped . She was phenomenal in her leading and her service . I was given the warmest greeting ever from any restaurant owner /worker by her and with that I'd close .

The food was very good. I had a croque madame and espresso. Both were wonderful. The service and ambiance were great. It's a nice cafe with good service, food and coffee.

What they called "over medium eggs"
    Bryan W.

It's a cute restaurant, with good coffee, and overall food. But the staff is very rude and obstinate. I've ordered medium eggs hundreds of times, and I've never seen them essentially raw on top. And they wouldn't cook them more, or make new ones, without me paying. Most restaurants are willing to just give you new eggs or at least cook them more. They cited cross contamination, but they could've washed the pan after. It's pretty ridiculous.

Went a couple of times and the food and service was great. Both times ordered different food with wife and we enjoyed it alot.

We probably had 3 different servers, I loved how they all worked together. They were all friendly and polite; Alegra was the one we talked to the most, she was terrific. On to the food, we loved it! We had a Morrocan Spice Avo Toast with a poached egg, it was delicious!! Had to take half home. We also ordered Pope Benedict and WOW was it good. The hash browns were crispy, the eggs were perfect and the cauliflower purée delicious. I wanted there to be more of it! We also had a perfectly made latte served in a glass who I love and a calming refresher, so good. If you haven't been, do yourself a favor and go! Can't wait to go back and try other things.

It was cute inside, it had a very welcoming vibe. I started off with the Mongolian Beef Pastelito. Loved it. It reminded me of a Chinese food Cuban fusion. I would get this again, but I'm really kicking myself for not trying the Guayaba y Queso Pastelito. The Malanga Latkes were AWESOME. It came with a guava apple sauce and a saizon sour cream. These are must get when you visit. Thank me later. The Bao con Croqueta was great. The kimchi slaw paired great with the ham and shrimp croqueta. I also loved that it was in a bao. I'd get this again, but I really want to try the Duck. And you know I had to get the Cast Iron Pancake. It's legit, it's not just a viral menu item. It was soft on the inside and soaked up the syrup, the outside had a nice crust on it. The flaked sea salt was a nice touch. I'm STILL thinking about this pancake and I'm upset that I don't live in Miami because I would have gone back the next day for this. LOVED IT and you will too. I tried my friends breakfast sandwich. I don't remember which one it was, but it was terrific. I had the Short Rib Boliche, which was braised short rib, white rice and an egg. It was great, but honestly, with everything else on the menu I was just whelmed. Next time, and there will be a next time, I'm going for all new dishes because despite leaving there satisfied and full, I have food regret. They have a large menu and I don't think you can go wrong with what you order.

What's the deal with breakfast places that don't believe in breakfast?…read more The restaurant looks great. Beautiful lighting, stylish design, gorgeous bathrooms. You walk in and think, Wow, this place has it together. That feeling lasts until you sit down. It took about 10 minutes for the waiter to greet us. Not busy ignoring us--just slowly realizing we existed. No water. No hello. Just eye contact from across the room like, I'll get to you eventually. I order French toast. Very simple. A classic. Bread. Heat. That's it. I get my omelette--poorly prepared--and a latke that somehow managed to be raw in the middle. Not undercooked. Raw. Like the potato was still considering a career change. I finish my entire meal. Table is completely empty. Done. Finished. Closure. And then... the French toast arrives. Now here's where it gets interesting. I say, "Oh, I think this was forgotten." And the waiter says, "No, that's dessert." Dessert. At breakfast. Who is ordering dessert for breakfast? What kind of confidence do you need to say that out loud? And if it's dessert, why wasn't it suggested as dessert? Why wasn't the table cleared? Why does it feel like the French toast just wandered out here on its own? Then we argue about it. I don't want to argue about French toast. That's not where I thought my day was headed. This place feels like a design firm said, "Let's absolutely nail the vibe... and then just see what happens with the food." Save your money. Save your time. If you want ambiance, go in, admire the lighting, use the bathroom, and leave. If you want breakfast, go somewhere that agrees with the concept of breakfast. Because right now, Sadelle's is serving confusion--with a side of toast.
