Cute greek coffee shop in Coconut Grove! I like that they are versatile, you can go for a quick coffee break or a happy hour wine break. Follow their instagram as some days they have live music. They have bistro style outdoor seating, and great drinks & snacks.

Located right down the street from cocowalk and the Mayfair hotel this quaint little place has just the thing to break my and my daughters fast from the night before. We have many allergies including gluten and we were able to find food on the menu that kept us from grabbing our epi pens. The seating outside was ample and allowed us to people watch and enjoy the beautiful views of Coconut grove. We recommend this place for a quick morning meal and will certainly check it out again next time we visit the coconut grove area.

As I sit here on having a "Sunday Funday" for one, sipping a deliciously bitter yet refreshing Mastiqua (a Greek sparkling water that's good for digestion), I find myself very content with the vegan dolmades, spinach pie, and the glass of white wine I just finished. It's a beautiful and hot day in Coconut Grove and this corner gem, nestled in a still old-school style coconut grove (iykyk) with its eclectic Greek music and euro-style seating is perfect for people watching and delicious eating. As an advocate for solo dining experiences, this one is a must try for your weekend itinerary. The service is nothing but sweet and genuine--it's clear that this business' staff wants you to enjoy your time. The food is delicious--as a spanikopita lover, the filo dough is flaky, not greasy, and the filling is perfectly savory with a hint of tartness from the cheese. And please, if you are a sparkling fan lover and don't mind bitter tastes, treat yourself to a mastiqua!

Quick, cute and in the perfect location a block away from my hotel. Great service and perfect for a quick pick me up. Had lots of Greek food as well and chocolates

I'm so happy that Calista Cafe opened in Coconut Grove! It is exactly what the neighborhood needed. A small, cozy, unique café that takes you on a little trip to Greece. The staff was exceptionally kind and the quality of products was great. The Bougainvillea on the outside, really captures the essence of the islands of Greece. I look forward to coming back and seeing what additional treats one can indulge in.

Honest to god it was the best gyro i have ever had. good portion size and ambiance. the friend i went with got the breakfast sandwich and green coffee which he tells me are just incredible. i would recommend trying it out

    Cheese pie, delicious.

Good food, quiet little corner place away from the bustle of Coconut Grove. I love the cheese pie, spinach pie, and salads.

This is a little gem on a quiet street in Coconut Grove. Food is lovely and cute outdoor seating. I imagine it is also great for takeout.

The moment we walked in, we were transported right back to Greece. The décor is beautiful and authentic without feeling forced. Every detail adds to the charm of the space. We decided to keep things light and ordered the zucchini chips along with a special appetizer featuring whipped feta, roasted eggplant, arugula, and pistachios. Both dishes were excellent. The whipped feta dish was bright, fresh, and packed with flavor, while the zucchini chips were perfectly cooked they were light, crisp, and addictive. My daughter ordered the non-alcoholic dragon fruit "martini" and absolutely loved it. It was tropical, refreshing, and felt like a special treat. I went with the white sangria. It tasted a little more watered down than I expected, but it was still refreshing and enjoyable on a warm Miami afternoon. The service was excellent throughout our visit, and the atmosphere alone makes this place worth a stop. Between the beautiful setting, delicious food, and attentive staff, Mandolin is a place I'll happily return to the next time I'm in Miami.

Also, the atmosphere they've created both indoors and outdoors really draws you in: beautiful foliage, gorgeous decor, and inviting decor. They play amazing Greek music to set the mood at a very reasonable volume so you can still hear your party. I've been for lunch during Miami spice and recently for dinner. Everything I've had was delicious with tons of flavor and huge portions. Both times I took enough leftovers for another meal! I especially love their zucchini fritters and their spread plate. All their spreads are so fresh and flavorful but their hummus especially was soo good. My husband and I shared the meat platter for two for dinner and enjoyed everything on it - the loukaniko was especially delicious! For dessert, you can't miss the galatoboureko, a sweet custard dessert with the flaky phyllo dough you know and love from baklava. Service was fast and friendly. Highly recommend for a lunch date or dinner date and it's super versatile: great for friends, families or romantic dates. Don't miss this beautiful restaurant in downtown!

The food is super tasty, super fresh, portions are adequate without paying a steep price. The salad: we got a greek salad, it was way bigger than what we expected, the tomatos and feta cheese were delicious and my fiance thought that this was the star dish. Its not your basic salad. The waitress prepared it right infront of us and cut fresh tomatos and veggies on a station. Saganaki: must order, this was my favorite dish. Even though its such a simple ingredient (cheese) the flavor is crazy, they torched it and heated it infront of us and we couldn't stop eating it Souvlaki: the chicken was delicious, we got two full skewers, they serve it with fries and their special sauce which is so delicious! Even the fries were delicious and well seasoned! Octopus: this was mind blowing, especially with the meraki sauce. This is technically an appetizer but feels like a whole dish!! And its only for $24 whereas other places tend to overcharge! We had planned to order more but by that time we were full. The menu is rich and there is still so much to try. We will be heading here more frequently and sharing with you our dishes!! 5 stars well deserved! Instagram: @ri_reviews961

The gyro meat was excellent--crispy, flavorful, and served in a generous portion. It came with pita, tzatziki, and traditional fixings, and everything on the platter worked beautifully together. The tzatziki, in particular, was some of the best I've had--fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. Truly outstanding. The grilled vegetables were more uneven. There was a nice char overall, and the charred asparagus stood out as especially delicious. However, the rest of the vegetables felt under-seasoned and lacked flavor--something as simple as a bit of salt could have made a big difference. The biggest disappointment was the meatballs small plate. While the portion was generous (six meatballs), unfortunately they were extremely dry and largely inedible. Between two of us, we managed only one--and that reluctantly. Bottom line: Meraki clearly does some things very well--especially the gyro platter and tzatziki--but a few dishes need refinement. With some improvement in seasoning and execution on certain items, this could easily move from good to excellent.

It a wrap that was cut in form of sushi. It was good. I was hesitant about ordering chicken wings but I'm so glad we did because they were so delicious and crispy. They may have been the best chicken wing I've had. The service was excellent. I accidentally dropped my cocktail and they immediately cleaned it up and moved us to another clean table. I apologized for dropping it but not once did they made me feel bad about it. Instead, one of the staff stated it was an indication of having a great time. They also replaced my drink at no extra cost. A guy, who I assumed was the manager or owner, also passed by our table and ensured we were enjoying our time. Our server mistakenly brought me the wrong drink that I ordered, but I did not mind it because I actually loved the Moroccan Mojito and instead ordered another one. I also loved how they have copper cups because it makes water taste so much better. Their attention to small details like that makes the difference.
