I appreciated him telling me he didn't have the equipment to drill through my stone foundation. I didn't understand why he had to drill through my stone foundation when there is a six-pane window to the outside right there, to run the PVC pipe out of one of the panes to the outside for the exhaust. Maybe he is used to installing in new construction. I was glad he was honest in not considering the job. The good thing is, I found a very creative and experienced company to install my furnace in this Old House.
