It was a bad experience, really. I have a little, thin…read morepocket book that I use to read the chords and play the guitar and it was falling apart. So I had the brilliant idea of getting something done to it before totally disentegrating. Had to convince the men working there that he could make some punching holes and put on a spiral or something on it. He was in a bad mood and said he could not do it. I asked gently for the second time what I needed and felt like an idiont having to bed him to do it. He practically snatched the book from my hands and made the holes and put on the spiral. After all, he threw the thing on the counter and said: four dollars. I was so shocked that could not say a word, had to take the original staple out of the book all by myself using my hands. I felt completely stupid. I wished I had gone somewhere else. Maybe he was just having a bad day.
