I frequent Staples for the odd print job every now and then. The printing rates for black and white documents are actually pretty reasonable! I paid $1.60 to print 10 pages. Since my recent discovery that Staples has a UPS service, I'll probably be visiting more often. Staples also saved me during the current pandemic. I was able to score Lysol spray and sanitizing wipes here. You can find a limited supply of cleaning supplies and food/drinks here, but will be paying a premium on items. He pointed out that I had to go to a center if I wanted to use the account, and that the stores were franchises, and blocked the use of accounts. That was helpful to know for the future.

I couldn't find anything on the UPS website regarding this policy change, so I asked another staff member the next time I was at the store, and that person confirmed that I can absolutely still buy packing peanuts there. All I can say is that if UPS doesn't want to take my money for supplies, that is just fine. I go to U-Haul or Staples now if I need supplies in a hurry. I just drop my pre-paid packages off at this store as necessary and will not buy anything else or seek additional services. Everyone there knows their stuff and is super helpful. They'll help talk through what kind of paper choose, how to format your documents, etc - whatever you need to do to make things look good. 2. They're prices are very reasonable. Before discovering them, I had priced things out online at various online printers and ship & print places - Fleming is often half the price. Combined with point #1, it's a no-brainer The only challenging thing is that they don't have a flashy, modern web interface. In fact, their website could use a little love.
