A quick phone call and an appointment was available the next morning. * The website is amazing and all the new patient paperwork can be filled out and submitted from there. * The office is clean, modern and beautiful. * The staff was super friendly and really engaged my small fry in the entire process from check in, to check out. * Coffee, and some other drinks, and cookies were available for snacking after check-in. Yay, coffee! * Dr. Fravel was REALLY nice and explained exactly what was going on with small fry's teeth. He recommended waiting another 3 months. (what? You don't want my $$ now?) * They have a super cool club for the kids to encourage them along in the process. They earn Fravel bucks for really neat items for coming to appointments on time, keeping their braces neat and tidy and not breaking anything. * They have a super cool club for kids not quite ready for the braces process, like my small fry, to keep them engaged. My dentist recommended Sakowitz Smiles Orthodontics (Horizon West/Hamlin location) and she was spot on! Absolutely amazing care, professionalism, fair pricing, fast appointments, and super high-tech. They give you this little mouth scanner device that works with an app where you "capture" little balls on the screen so it can scan your whole mouth (way more entertaining than it sounds ). It helps monitor your progress between visits so the orthodontist can make quick adjustments if needed.
