From the very first call, the staff has been extremely kind, welcoming, and responsive--they always answer the phone and are completely honest about what I need, when I need it, and what they recommend. There's never any confusion or pressure, just clear and genuine communication. The financial coordinator was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to explain everything in detail, broke down exactly what our insurance covered, what we were responsible for, and worked with us to make sure we understood the costs upfront. She was so kind and patient, which made the entire process stress-free. And Dr. Seth Calish is truly the best. He is professional, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable--I can't recommend him enough. Okay so I REALLY loved the front desk staff, dental assistant (Bani?), and Dentist (Dr. Shina i…read morethink) I felt they were all very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. My biggest issue is that I confirmed twice over the phone that the exam, X-rays, and cleaning were covered under my insurance. So I was surprised when I got to the front desk and she's listing off things such a fluoride and some machine (which I was under the impression were the x-rays) that she was applying "in house discounts" to, which brought my total to $157. That may not be a-lot to some but it is to me. Not only was it not covered, but the fluoride and machine thing just seemed like the normal things you get done at a dentist? They weren't said to be extra or not included. I also didn't love how pushy the dentist was for Invisalign (which is not covered by insurance) first I was told they were running a special for $1500 off, and they would need a deposit of $1750, I told her I definitely don't have that so she said "maybe we could do $500" it felt very weird to be almost bartered with while in the dental chair. Then I again said I don't have that, to which she then asked if I had parental help? I'm in my early 20's so I feel that's a strange thing to ask anyone, besides maybe a teenager. I really wish my experience were different, again everyone was great but I'm not sure if I'll be back.

Windermere Center for Dentistry…read more Finding a dentist you actually look forward to visiting is no easy task, but I've definitely found mine here. The Windermere Center for Dentistry is a clean, welcoming office that's about a 20-minute drive for me--super convenient and right near downtown Windermere. The waiting area is simple and standard (no spa-like frills, but honestly, I'm not here for the magazines). The staff at the front desk are friendly and efficient, which makes the check-in process smooth every time. Where this office really shines is the dental team itself. Everyone I've worked with has been professional, kind, and genuinely good at what they do. Cleanings are thorough but not uncomfortable, and they recently upgraded their chairs to include pillows--which is a surprisingly nice touch of comfort when you're reclined for a while. Dr. Rapport is excellent. She's knowledgeable, attentive, and you can tell she cares about her patients' dental health. Sometimes it's a little tough to catch everything she says through the mask, but that's part of the times we're in. What matters is that she explains clearly, makes sure you're taken care of, and most importantly--she keeps me on track with my oral health. At the end of the day, it's a team effort: I do my part at home, and they keep me polished and on track here. As long as Dr. Rapport keeps being impressed with my teeth, I'll keep coming back with a smile. "My shiny teeth and me!"
