Finding a trustworthy dentist in Clermont is a minefield--they are on every corner, and I spent…read moredays obsessing over good and bad reviews trying to figure out where to go. I had a nightmare dentist as a kid who eventually lost his license due to drugs, which left me with a massive phobia. Combined with losing some teeth over the years to skateboarding and fighting (and losing), plus spending the last 15 years entirely focused on taking care of my mom, I completely put off dental care. I stopped smiling with my teeth showing and hated talking to people because I felt like I looked like a monster. I didn't even know if I'd prefer a male or female doctor.Taking a chance on Dr. Marissa Burkholder was the best roll of the dice I've ever made. From day one, the front desk staff greeted me with zero anxiety, and they actually remembered me by name at every single appointment.Dr. Burkholder and Michelle (who has been absolutely wonderful at keeping me calm) are phenomenal. I had never had a female dentist before, but it was hands-down the right choice. Both of them are young, beautiful, highly professional, and have a killer sense of humor. They actually listened to my concerns, remembered the details of my personal history, and drafted a clear, step-by-step plan from start to finish so I always knew what was happening. involved very little pain or discomfort, and they made sure I had the necessary prescription medication to manage the healing. If you are procrastinating like I did, don't follow in my footsteps. I wish I hadn't waited 15 years, but I'm trying not to live with regret. My confidence isn't 100% back overnight, and honestly, having a full mouth of teeth right now feels like a weird traffic jam that makes me a little claustrophobic. Eating is a completely different ballgame now with a lot of new chewing limitations while I adapt, but I can speak with zero issues and I am no longer hiding my mouth. I am incredibly lucky that I took a leap of faith on this practice and wasn't wrong. I have zero fear of the dentist anymore, and I actually look forward to going back, seeing them smile, and trading jokes to keep the morale high. Their pricing is completely fair and normal for routine work, and everything is settled with no surprise future repair costs hanging over me. If you are terrified or embarrassed about your teeth, go see Dr. Burkholder and Michelle. They will change your life without judging your past. I chose clermont dentistry because I read no suspect or fictitious reviews and everybody had positive experiences. Thats why I am leaving this one. Thank CD.

Best Dentist in Claremont -- Hands Down!!…read more No BS i'm a real yapper. You can look at my years and years of post good and bad I say the truth the way it is. After four years of disappointing dentists, I finally found the unicorn: Claremont Dentistry. My first dentist had that "I see money" sparkle in his eye and tried to zoom in on micro-holes no human can see. The next place? Couldn't understand half the conversation. I was done... until now. Dr. Stallard spent real time going over my X-rays, explained everything clearly, and gave me the best news ever: no root canal needed. She adjusted my bite and sent me on my way. The bill? No charge. Yes, really. Honest, caring, and top-notch. If you're tired of feeling like a walking ATM at the dentist, RUN to Claremont Dentistry. You'll thank me.
