I did not have a positive experience at this office. I came in for an extraction, but I was talked into getting a bone graft. Being in terrible pain and just wanting to get the extraction, I agreed to the bone graft. That was a mistake. I had complications from the bone graft, including a fever, infected gums, extreme pain, tissue from the roof of the mouth soughing off leaving the roof of the mouth raw, and a severe sinus infection. When I went in for the post op visit, the dentist did not even see me, even though she knew all the problems I was having. She did not give me one minute of her time. The office was not busy that day at all. The assistant conveyed what I was saying to the doctor. The doctor refused to give me an antibiotic at that time. From the onset of the visit, the assistant tried to get me to commit to other procedures. She just dismissed the problems I was having. I would not commit to any other procedures, and I was told that I could leave. I left the office very discouraged. A few days later, I ended up at a medical facility where I was given extensive antibiotics and steroids to get the infection under control. I found this dentist to be very uncaring. There was one positive thing that I experienced. On the day of the procedure, the assistant who prepped me for the extraction and bone graft was very caring, kind, and thoughtful. And though I do not know her name, I sincerely appreciate her and her caring manner. She truly was a beautiful soul. read more
