I consider Dr. Kasem more than just a dentist, he's an artist! He uses the latest technology (camera imaging, 3-D printing and computer renderings) to give you the proper bite and cosmetic look for your teeth. He and his staff work well together and are extremely attentive to patients needs. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks as soon as I am put in a dental chair, but after one visit at Restoration Dental, all my worries were put at ease, and I actually looked forward to each visit to see what new alterations we're being worked on in between visits. He made sure to correct my bite and gave me a full set of caps on every single tooth, giving me that pearly white smile that I've always wanted. No more having to artificially whiten my teeth of my selfies on social media... and I simply smile more often now. One of the best decisions I've made was to have the work done at Restoration Dental! -A Happy 68-year old! read more

If you are looking for a dental office this is your place. The staff is SO friendly and so are the Dentists! I've seen both Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Kasem and both are so sweet! They both made me feel so comfortable. I feel like most people associate the dentist with pain, fear, anxiety, etc but I left yesterday feeling so cared for! My procedure (I had a tooth removed) was easier and faster than I was anticipating and i'm in no pain today! I never thought i'd leave the dentist feeling warm and fuzzy but I do after leaving Hancock Village Dental! read more

Horrible!! Steer clear! My husband is dealing with issues due to the lack of proper handling when the Dr. pulled a tooth. These people also changed their company name...seems sketchy! The Dr. is no longer there and it makes me wonder why! read more

What are you waiting for? Go and meet Dr. Kasem and staff as soon as possible! Such a family-friendly office. They've taken care of us for about five years now. Quite knowledgeable, thorough, compassionate, and honest about your dental needs. They even recommend reputable orthodontists, which we've had good experiences with. We appreciate you greatly, Dr. Kasem and family!! Sincerely, The Hamlins read more

This dental office is simply the very best! Dr. Kasem is an extremely caring person with a very positive personality and FABULOUS dentist. He actually listens to his patients and gets to know them. You are NOT a number in this office. His staff, all of them, are fabulous as well. My husband and I have been going to him for several years and it is always a wonderful experience. YES, I said wonderful. I recently broke a molar in half. He was on vacation and I waited a whole week for him. I didn't want to go anywhere else. He was able to repair it and put a crown over it in less than 2 hours. I must say it was ALL painless. If you need a dentist, look no further. Dr. Kasem and his staff are where you should go. Please do not hesitate to give his office a call if you are looking for the best dentist and staff. read more

You are treated with kindness and you don't feel you are wasting time. Needless to say the doctor is the best at what he does, so experienced and knowledgeable. I can't ask for a better doctor. read more

I just relocated here from California and had my first visit with Dr. Shovon Kasem at Hancock Village Dental today. I was very impressed. The office staff was friendly, courteous, and efficient. The office was clean, neat and organized with what appeared to be modern equipment (X-Ray, dental chair, etc.). Holly, the dental hygienist, did a very thorough, yet meticulous and gentle job cleaning my teeth. read more

Best dentist ever!!!! I use to avoid dentist at all cost because of fear, I've had ALOT of work done. I had to go and my husband researched this place. I made him go 1st to make sure it was all good. He couldn't say enough nice things. So when I finally went they put my fears to rest. I'm no longer afraid and happily go when needed. I highly recommend Dr. Kasem. He thoughly explains everything he's doing, and makes sure your comfortable and always checks on you as he's working. Dr. Kasem is a godsend. If you read nothing else, that's all you need to know right there. First of all, I have ALWAYS had horrible experiences at dentist offices since I was a child. My last experience as an adult left me shaken and I told myself I could go it alone. When I broke part of a molar on NYE (on a nut cookie no less), I was terrified. I would HAVE to go to a dentist now. The biggest question was who? I went to a community site and asked. Hands down, Hancock Dental was the most recommended but the review from the guy who hated dentists and now loved them really stuck with me, so I made an appointment. I cannot put into words the experiences I have had there since. I AM NO LONGER AFRAID to go to the dentist! Dr. Kasem explains everything, makes sure you are comfortable, checks on you if he has his staff working with you, is interested in you as a person, not a source of income. He's gentle, knowledgeable, kind, and all of this is reflected in his choice of staff - all of whom match his work ethic. I'm telling you, I never thought any dentist could erase my bad memories and experiences, but Dr. Kasem and his staff most certainly have. He's truly a blessing. Want to know the bottom line? I now LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist. How many people can actually say that? Try him out. You will not be disappointed! read more

Today I had the best experience ever at Hancock Village Dental. I have severe dental anxiety and the team here is amazing beyond words. They took their time with me and I have a super high tolerance to Novocain so that was extremely helpful. They care more about their patients than any office I have ever been to, any business in general that I have ever been to. They make your experience your own and calm any nerves you have. They also perform 5 star work, I truly can't say enough good things about this dentist and his team. read more

All about the money! Make sure you check the billing and call your insurance company to confirm the amount is correct. We caught them trying to bill us and insurance for things that weren't even done yet. My daughter had chipped a tooth when she was 8, the repair had come out again when she was 15. We went here for repair and it has only lasted 5 months. They have to pay for this fancy office and high-tech equipment somehow. read more

So many dental offices fall short when it comes to perfecting the balance between its staff, hygienist & dentist, that until you meet Dr. Acosta & his team at Hancock Village Dental. His staff is always extremely professional & courteous. Office is modern & super clean. His hygienist, the star! Dr. Acosta takes his time to examine & explain things in detail in a very relaxed manner. Ultimately, making one feel at ease & comfortable about the most important asset we could possess, our smile. read more

I am not one to give a hoorah to any dentist office! I am the biggest scary cat there is believe me. I've had horrible experiences but my daughter recommended Dr Acosta and his staff at Hancock Village Dental 2 years ago. So yeah cleanings are a breeze love my Dolly!
