After a very brief wait I was led back to have X-rays and blood pressure taken and waited for Dr Kovinski. Looking around I noted everything was very clean and the equipment seemed to be very new and modern. Dr Kovinski and her assistant (forgive me but I can't remember her name) introduced themselves to me and once again it was a very friendly warm greeting that put me at ease straight away, we even shared a joke or two that made me laugh which I find unusual for a dentists office. My tooth was prepped for root canal and crown and Dr Kuo performed the root canal. I've never been keen regarding a visit to the dentist office but these guys have changed that, everyone was extremely friendly and professional and I couldn't fault except for myself for not visiting them sooner.

He gets there & it's a man who proceeded to try to talk him into a more expensive procedure. The minute he put his foot down & said the crown would be sufficient for now, the dentist "accidently" cracked his tooth. Then tells him he'll have to remove the tooth but spent hrs trying to get the tooth out completely but couldn't. He sent my brother home with the root of the tooth still in. He's in so much pain & took time away from work for this. His appt was at 12pm. He was there till nearly 6pm. Here's the kicker, the dr tells him he won't charge for pulling the tooth right now as there's still a piece in there bit once it'sout he'llbe charged. The audacity! I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I've always overlooked small issues in the past, as many patients do, but today was different. During my procedure, the dentist stopped midway and left to attend to other patients without informing me what stage we were at. I was lying there with lidocaine already injected, my heart racing after a difficult drilling process, and I had no idea what was happening or how long he would be gone. When he returned, I calmly asked why the procedure was stopped abruptly and what the status was, but instead of receiving an explanation or reassurance, my simple question was met with irritation. He told me he had three rooms to manage and that this was his "stop point." When I asked what that meant, he became noticeably upset and responded in a very unprofessional manner, even saying my questions were only making the process longer. I work in the medical field myself and welcome patient questions -- they're important for communication, comfort, and trust. Instead, I was met with hostility, no apology, and was ultimately told to go to another dentist, followed by a door being slammed as I left. After 9 years of loyalty, being dismissed over a reasonable question was extremely disappointing. I hope future patients receive clearer communication and more respectful treatment.

I wish I would have found them sooner. I had to get my molar extracted and I was in a panic. The assistant was caring (made me feel safe) and the doctor was gentle every step of the way. I didn't feel a thing. He injected novacaine and I felt nothing. Before pulling my teeth he tested the area, I felt a little bit of pain and he put numb it some more. I felt nothing. The molar was out before I knew it. AMAZING!! I am not one to write reviews, but I had to let everyone know that I was going back and forth about taking a valium or nitrous and I didn't need either. I would highly recommend this dentist to all my friends. I even got an appointment for my son because he will be a patient as well. He was also honest and not trying to take my money and their prices are super reasonable. I went to another dentist in Clermont and they weren't honest and were trying to upcharge everything. Dr. Haidar was upfront and when I told him some of the things that they wanted to do to me at the other dentist, he told me there was no need, he'd just be taking my money if he did the procedure. This is my second encounter with this Dentist and he was just as dismissive the first time and very harsh.
