I decided to chuck my dental insurance and go to a dentist I found rather than one they told me to see. First I actually went in person to see the facility and get their pricing. The receptionist, Haydee, was SO nice. She even tried to call my dental insurance for me (they never answered) and offered to watch my son during my dental appointment if I couldn't get a sitter. My actual appointment was great. The entire thing, exam and cleaning, took about 45 minutes. There was no talk of needing an appointment for an exam and a different one for a cleaning like the two other places I'd been. I had my X-rays sent over from a previous dentist so I didn't need those again. Dr. Vito did his exam first and Cindy did my cleaning. The cleaning was gentle and she got the coffee stain off my front teeth. I didn't get pressured whatsoever to buy more services and feel I can trust Dr. Vito's advice in the future.

I have never had anyone explain what I needed, where and why. I am a heavy coffee drinker and smoker= stains on teeth. No problem for them. It did take a little longer for my cleaning, but well worth it. No stains and my smile was bright and white. Could not be happier I found my new dental practice.

When she finally finished with her personal business, she said "what do you need?". I told her that my kids were there for their appointment and she glared at me and rudely told me that she has no kids coming in and I'm in the wrong spot. I understand I made a mistake but, she is not a nice woman. When I came to the correct spot next door, I told them what happened and why I was a few minutes late. Another mother in the lobby made the same mistake and agreed that the receptionist was just a rude lady. I have other words I'd rather use but, I have class.

This did not cause her to stop or change her technique at all. I ended up stopping her and getting up and leaving my Cleaning within three minutes. I get my teeth cleaned every six months since as long as I can remember so I've had almost 90 cleanings and I've never had to walk out of a cleaning before due to discomfort An office manager was supposed to contact me and nobody ever did. I think if a patient leaves your practice in tears a manager should get in touch with them ASAP. So that part is very disappointing as well.

The office manager would not speak with me but sent the message thru others the warranty is no longer valid and I am responsible for a new bridge. A tooth is not broken and it is where my bite meets. This should have been checked when it was installed. They have a new dentist and obviously a high turn over rate in staff. I feel the corporate greed is most important and there is no customer care. Why would I pay for them to install a new bridge when this bridge lasted a little over a year?

In addition, The dental hygienists are great and made my visit smooth. Dr. Zargari is hands down the best dentist in Central Florida! As a new patient, he took time to answer all my questions and did a thorough exam of my teeth and actually spent time explaining my teeth x-rays! I would highly recommend Zargari dental. As other reviewers have mentioned, the dentist recommended a "deep cleaning" that is not covered by my insurance. When I explained that I only wanted the regular, insurance-covered cleaning, the dentist would not allow it to be performed. I was told that "10 out of 10 dentists" would prescribe a deep cleaning for me, even though my periodontal readings were similar to what they've been for years. Dentist I've had in Seattle, Chicago, and other cities have never recommended this to me. I've always had the standard cleaning with no issue. They also had no hygienist available, so I would have needed to schedule a second visit for a cleaning (if I agreed to do the deep cleaning). Overall, I left without being able to receive the routine cleaning that my insurance covers. I will be seeking care elsewhere.
