Dr. Carl fucked my shit up BAD. I went to this dentist a little over a year ago for several cavities and a root canal. I ended up having to come back multiple times because he had to fix his own work. A filling fell out, and the tooth that supposedly had a root canal has continued to hurt. The last time I was here was less than a year ago, and I am now having to find another dentist to fix the problems left behind by this treatment. I am in excruciating pain on a daily basis and, at this point, I haven't been able to eat properly for days because my mouth hurts so badly. The tooth that had the "root canal" is by far the worst. There is now a giant hole in the tooth where the filling has fallen out AGAIN, and the tooth is extremely painful. He also left sharp pieces inside my mouth after I told him multiple times that they were sharp and hurting me. On top of the dental problems, he was extremely rude and dismissive. He made me feel like I was an inconvenience for asking for nitrous, dismissed my concerns, and generally made an already stressful experience much worse. The women at the front desk, however, were absolutely amazing and incredibly sweet. I have nothing but good things to say about them. I'm leaving this review because I genuinely hope it saves someone else from ending up in the same situation. I am now dealing with significant pain and the cost and hassle of finding another dentist to repair work that should have been done correctly in the first place. read more

I was very nervous going in for my first root canal, but I found Dr. Weston to be an incredibly nice and personable dentist who assuaged my fears. Overall I got all my dental work done over a couple of weeks and it was all very well done and pain free. I hate writing a bad review for this place but unfortunately I have to. The last 3 times I have had issues with them. The first time was over a year ago. They put me in a room to wait for dr Weston to come in, and after about 45 minutes, the assistant came in to tell me that they have to reschedule because Dr Weston was dealing with an emergency dental appt with another patient, whatever fine stuff happens I get it. Last time on 1/9/25, I had a cleaning for 7:45 or 7:30 I believe. They made an exception for me and booked me an early appointment, because I had a very busy day, as I was getting married that next day, 1/10/25. I got there 15 mins before and the door was locked. No one showed up until 8:15. I was about to leave and reschedule. The dental hygienist "forgot" that I had an early appt that day, and after that cleaning, I was supposed to see dr Weston but he was late. Which did affect the rest of my wedding day prep. And today, 7/17/25, after my cleaning, I was supposed to see Dr Weston, and of course he was late again. I waited but since I work, I had to leave. I saw him strolling in as I pulled away but I didn't have the time to go back in. Also, the last dental hygienist was way more gentle. This one was nice but it hurt way more. The lady at the front is absolutely amazing though! She always has been. I really loved Dr Weston before but unfortunately I have cancelled future appointments with him and I will search for a new, more reliable dentist. Dr Weston is a very nice guy though! I will say that. I understand that things happen, but you also have to understand that after 3 times back to back, I won't take it anymore. I've been to many dentists over the years, and I can say with complete confidence that Dr. Weston is the most knowledgeable and gentle doctors I've ever experienced! He provided me with a thorough opinion regarding the need for Invisalign - that several other dentists have been pushing me to get for years. He was also able to redo 2 fillings that solved issues with food getting trapped in hard to clean areas. The other dentists never even told me that this was possible. I am so grateful to Dr. Weston for saving me from unnecessary an expensive Invisalign AND finally solving an aggravating problem that prevented me from keeping my teeth and gums properly cleaned. He did this all with a smile, a warm personality, and more than reasonable prices. Thank you very much, Dr. Weston!!! read more

This is another typical money hungry medical service where they don't care about the patients and only care about the money. The front desk receptionist who answers the phones is the most rude person I have ever encountered at a medical office. She was extremely unhelpful and rude when I was the one in a situation where she was telling me to call the insurance and the insurance was telling me to speak to her. I felt like a ping pong ball going back and forth. She spoke to me like I was an idiot. She then failed to tell me before my appointment that they were out of network and did not take my insurance but called to tell me AFTERWARDS. If she would've told me they don't take the type of insurance that I have, I would've simply found a different place and went elsewhere. This all could've been avoided so easily. Of course they would tell me afterwards when I've already done the cleaning and X-Rays and would have to pay out of pocket. I get that American health care is all about money but I would hope that there are some places that are different and actually care about their patients. Im hoping this issue with this one receptionist was a one time thing. I hope that maybe she was just having a bad day today and took her anger out me. I hope her day gets better. I would not want anyone else to experience this. read more

I've been coming to Dr. Weston for about 5 years now. Why do I stick with him? Well, the office is really a nicely decorated place; you can tell that the place wasn't rented, with office furniture rented and carted in, and the business fired up. Lots of consideration to the patient was given to the atmosphere- from the music, to the art. (Check out some of the photos). The secretary, the dental hygenist, and the dentist himself all individually are great reasons to come here. Bright, friendly, engaging, honestly caring about your wellbeing. And, when I arrived on their doorstep, hat in hand, after a really bad experience with a mass production style dentist on Orange Avenue with glitz and no substance (not to mention horrible work leading to an eventual root canal), the dentist had the grace to not comment on what he thought of the other guy's work. Now, that's class. If you don't come here every six moths, I'm guessing you're missing out. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Weston for two years. As someone who has previously had paralyzing fear of the dentist all their life, I can unequivocally say that Dr. Weston and his team are the best in Orlando. Close to Universal Orlando Resorts, his office is calming and peaceful. The practice is small with just him and a dental hygienist. So getting an appointment sometimes difficult, if you have the ability to wait before your first appointment with him I highly suggest it. All of the staff is friendly, honest, and the care for individual attention is genuine. I can say that while I may not be excited for going to the dentist every time, they make it suck way less and even an enjoyable experience. read more

I had a great experience with Dr. Weston and his staff during my first visit. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth did a great job as carefully as possible. She was polite when it came to my lack of flossing. Dr. Weston was a kind spoken man and spent a few minutes going over my teeth before giving me a thorough overview of my dental health and future issues that could pop up down the road. Dr. Carl Weston is superb, my husband had a molar tooth extracted and is a diabetic, my husband felt like his sugar was dropping while in his office for a follow up procedure. Was hesitant finding a new primary dentist since I haven't been to a dentist in a few years. Dr. Weston and his hygienists were very thorough! Even gave me special for new patient and didn't convince me into any special treatments or things I didn't need. They were straight to the point. Wait time was a little much though. read more
