I visited the office and Sherry the office manager was very helpful, checked our insurance and made him an appointment on short notice. On the day he went, Sherry checked the insurance before x-rays were taken and knowing the insurance would go through, she billed it directly to the insurance company. Bad dentist do not go unless u want your teeth ruined and sand. They made me cavities and ruined my smile I'm so upset you can see all over my teeth there's black from medicine and it won't go away. They didn't tell me before putting it that there will be stains that doesn't go away. read more

Where do I even start. I spent about $13k on full set of upper crowns a few years ago. Everything was great until I made final payments. Once they filed down my teeth and made the temporary crowns you could sense the attitudes change from customer service oriented to what are you going to do now go somewhere else? If you saw the temps they wanted me to wear at one point you'd laugh. The final product in my eyes was not $13k. And saying so must have offended them (because they were paying right). The best part, when I indicated my lack of enthusiasm the response of the doctor was "well it is better than what it was". Well anyways the doc had the bright idea to only place them as semi-permanent in case I didn't like them then I could change as they came out. Reasonable enough. Ended up being ok with it. Now the kicker is, over the years I've had the constant anxiety of when and where they will pop off. I was told I could return and have them permanently cemented in without charge as they do. Ok no issue there. I've been lucky and they have come loose very infrequently. Now the last visit (3 years after the work) a bridge came loose. Went in to get it permanently cemented. Was given an attitude when scheduling the appointment and was told I had to wait a week and reminded I had a past due balance. 3 years and never a word about this. Told them we can discuss when I come in as I had no idea what they were talking about and had never heard anything in 3 years. I went into the appointment the following week and completed the procedure. The assistant told me I should not have had to wait and should have just come in. Was getting ready to leave and heard the staff talking about not letting me leave until I paid. One of the girls states "ohh I can't let you go until I get payment because you don't pay your bills.... Flaborgasted as the $13k I have already spent was paid in full before the work started. Being that all had to be paid up front before any work proceeded. My response was probably pushing Karen/Tom level at this point because it was rude, unprofessional, and in front of other patients. I spoke with the manager to get information and was told a balance was due from the original work 3 years prior. Now a check had been issued to me in error at the time of the original work from the insurance company and I had brought the said check in and signed it over to the office. The check was cashed. I explained this to the manager who claimed she had no record of this and I showed a balance due. I called the insurance company with her in the office and requested a copy of the cashed check with signature be sent asap as they were denying having received it.... 2 hours later the office all of a sudden remembers and found the deposited money.... After accusing me of not having paid my bill and treating me like a thief... after having already spent $13k. Fast forward a few months and another crown comes loose. I call to come get it cemented in and give information to the person at the desk. I get "oh yeah I remember who you are" with a smug like attitude. Immediately I was told there was nothing available until the following week. The doctor is out of the country and no one is in to glue it. I asked again if there was absolutely no one that could glue it in. Was told no the only person working was the hygienists. I came home and my significant other found that hard to believe and called and scheduled an appointment with a doctor immediately without my information without an issue. 10 minutes later I get a call from the office informing me that the doctor is not the dentist who normally does it but would have to charge me. (Yet no aknowledgement to why I was told initially there was absolutely no doctors in the office until the following week). Now charging me wouldn't have been an issue. It's the denying anyone was in the office to begin with when they realized who I was trying to schedule the appt. And then scheduling me an appointment until they realized again who I was and all of a sudden having an issue with it. Look I would have happily paid a fee to have my tooth cemented back in but I was feeling at this point as if they were not treating me like a paying customer and more like a problem. And even after they realized that the bill had always been paid there was no sense of being a respected patient. Look if I were you I would do business elsewhere. They are decent until you've paid the money and once they start the work there is no going back. You are at their mercy. Your money is most likely better spent with a business with more professional staff who value and respect their patients. And who definitely do not accuse you of failing to pay and treat you horribly as a result of their poor record keeping. Let this be a WARNING to you if you are considering this group. read more

I was so disappointed with the cost to do a crown. I had my Medicare insurance call them to make sure they were willing to submit my claim and I would pay anything above whatever wasn't covered. That $39 fee for X-Rays was the start of knowing this wouldn't work out. My rep from the insurance company was very helpful. But the office didn't submit my $39 claim to my insurance company as I was told. So, it's not a big deal. Just that they lied to me and said they never got the form from the insurance company. To make a long story short the price for a crown was $1,400 and another dentist I later went to charged me $910. What a ripoff read more

Came here with UNBEARABLE pain from a tooth. Was taken care of with an exam that led to me knowing I needed a root canal. I was given a recommendation of where to go to get the root canal and it was an excellent place. Came in today for my crown and was taken care of. I was so surprised by Dr. Fatima I felt like she read my mind. She just knew everything that needed to be done and how it needed to be done. I recommend this place. It was my first visit. Dentist was very nice and said since I was in pain he would make sure I walked out of there today with a temporary bridge if I chose that option. Reviewed options for a bridge or implant. Unfortunately it came out to well more than I can afford (Well over $4000). After reviewing what my insurance would and wouldn't help with I asked him to just pull the tooth for the $180 my insurance wouldn't cover. Suddenly he didn't have time for a procedure anymore and told me I would have to reschedule. Pulling the tooth would have been necessary for the bridge. It seems what he meant to say was it wasn't worth his while. This doesn't sit well with me. I would be very cautious, and I personally am finding another dentist. read more

Today was my first visit and I loved it! Prior to arriving I had spoke to Yendis and she was so nice and helpful. It's always a good sign for me that the office is a good office if the receptionist is welcoming. The dentist Dr. Sangalang was very nice and assisted with an issue that I now am aware it is due to my wisdom tooth. He was very informative, answered all my questions and explained things in simple terms. The dental hygienist Will (who was a stand in hygienist today) was absolutely wonderful as well.
