They take their time to review and listen to your concerns without dragging the time. All our visits have been pleasant. They are easy to reach, easy to schedule appointments and even reschedule. If I could go back in time I never would have picked Premiere Orthodontist . If you want to pay a premium for a headache and an attitude by all means go ahead. The results in my opinion, does not match his "know it all" attitude. What orthodontist would have their customer leave their office with gaps "dark triangles" all over their mouth increasing the chance of getting cavities? Talk about malpractice. I came to get my teeth fixed, not leave with another problem. I signed on to receive INVISALIGN, It was advertised all over his website, at the time. No one told me I was actually going to receive a cheaper brand of aligners. The whole experience, just very unprofessional. read more

This business neglected to mention a cavity was appearing until the tooth was black. I had to move away for business and continued my daughter's treatment here since the removal was only 3 months away. 3 months ended up being 7 and living out of state we are unable to make a dentist appt to conenside with the wires being removed so now we are at the mercy of Dr battle to remove the braces before we can get treatment. It is very upsetting especially after informing the office of no longer living in this state during multiple appt. They may document the work but they do not communicate with the patient thoroughly or each other. This has been a nightmare of an office and ill be happy when the braces are removed and I no longer need to come back. Be an advocate for yourself with any business they do not hold.your best interests only to make money for themselves. read more

They were very professional!!!! Anytime i neeeded to change my appointment because of work or school they were more than accommodating. Let me first start by saying that Premiere Orthodontics gets my full recommendation as one of the top orthodontist offices in Orlando. Ive only been to this orthodontist but I'm sure no else provides service like this one. I came to get braces with Dr. Battle 2 year ago and the treatment coordinator at the time was a very nice woman named Summer. She explained the process thoroughly and helped me to understand what I was getting myself into. I met with Dr. B who gave me expectations and procedurals things I would during my time in Braces. He was very nice and helpful with every meeting. The office went through some transitioning of roles during my time, but I never noticed because the way the office operates. They are like a well oiled machine and they keep everything running smoothly. Lucy was always there to greet me with a smile and set up each of my next appointments and worked with me and my unpredictable schedule. The assistant are all so nice and personalable and very helpful. I had a special relationship with each one that would service me. I have had such a positive experience with Dr. Battle and his staff during my braces treatment. They are always pleasant and extremely helpful, whether it be over the phone or in person. I always feel welcome when I enter their office.They are efficient and never keep me waiting and are extremely accommodating to my busy schedule. I also love the fact that they can always be reached, so if there is ever a problem (such a bracket falling off or a wire coming loose) they are quick to help and have often scheduled me an appointment the next day to remedy the situation. The treatment process itself was great as well. I finished ahead of the 3-year plan we were on, which was a bonus.
