I had a very disappointing experience at this office. I…read morebroke a tooth on Thursday night and called Friday morning to schedule an appointment. The earliest they could see me was Monday. When I arrived, they charged me $100 for an "exam." However, all that happened was this: the dentist briefly looked at my tooth for less than a minute. She did not clean it, did not examine it properly, did not perform any procedure. I had placed a temporary filling myself to protect the tooth, and she didn't even remove it to actually see the situation. Immediately after, without any proper evaluation, an assistant came in with a treatment plan of over $4,000 for a single tooth (root canal + crown). I found this outrageous since there was no real clinical examination to justify such a high estimate. When I questioned it and asked for my money back, they said they couldn't refund me because they had done an exam. What exam? Paying $100 just to have someone glance at my tooth for a minute and then push an overpriced treatment plan is unacceptable. I felt misled and disrespected. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

If there was 0 stars I would give it. This place is the biggest scam dentist I have EVER seen in my…read morelife. I decided to try it out because my dentist stopped taking my insurance. From the moment I walked in, I got bad vibes. Mostly because one of the people in the waiting room warned me they are money hungry and also because The woman at the desk already started telling me my insurance didn't cover X-rays and cancer screenings and I had never had my dentist in the past say any of this. I begrudgingly paid them $150 up front... I was a little suspicious when my X-rays were taken at the speed of light and the actual camera was shaking during them..my last dentist would always take those over... later in the appointment the dental tech that was supposed to clean my teeth came to give me an estimate on my cleaning?!? This was NEW...and it was another $350. I was like what?!? I have insurance that you take and it covers cleaning. She literally says to me..you have an infection..hmm well that's weird because I just got off of 2 weeks of antibiotics for an illness not to mention I don't feel or see one...AND your dentist just came in and said I have some of the best teeth he's ever seen and I just had my teeth cleaned 7 months ago...They would not clean my teeth without me paying them so I left. Pissed by the way...fast forward 2 weeks when I get into another local dentist that takes my insurance I told him everything Sage dental said -He said first of all oral cancer screenings are free and they charged me. My X-rays should of been covered by my insurance and so should my cleaning and in NO WAY did I have an infection. Which is what they tried to tell me when they wanted to charge me $350 out of pocket just for a cleaning. That place is CRIMINAL! He's like, you have one of the least problematic mouths I have ever seen. They are clearly trying to rip people off. DO NOT GO THERE unless you like throwing away money and being lied to.

Which is great. I was worried about the bad reviews I saw on Yelp, but I notice the new dentist just took over the office a few years ago. When I arrived I was greeted and did not have to wait long to be seen. They did X-rays and found out the filling in my tooth feel out due to the filling being done wrong. I was shocked. The dentist who did my filling seem like he knew what he was doing but I guess not. She explained how the previous dentist made the error. There's a lil gap between the tooth with the filling and that caused an issue. She also notice the other filling I had weren't done correctly either.. So now I have to get this fix. Thank god for good dental insurance and this dentist being honest and upfront.

I came here because it was the only place in the area that my insurance covered. The place is very clean. The staff is friendly. However when I go to the dentist, I don't want to have to be at a "spa." The main thing that I didn't like about this place from the beginning was my first visit I thought I would get xrays and a cleaning. That's what my appt was for. Apparently they don't do things that way. I had to come back multiple times for xrays, cleanings, consultations, etc. I used to be able to get this all done at the same time, when did this change? It's hard enough to make 1 appt every 6 months at the dentist, yet now they want you to make multiple visits? They also are very big on pushing braces, which after I told them I've already had braces, they still continue to push. Again, the staff is nice, the office is clean, it's in a convenient location, they have plenty of open appt times, but unfortunately this is not the dentist of choice for me. I like the old school approach where I can get everything done in 1 appt and not come back multiple times for small items...
