If I could give a zero I would... I have two daughters 14 and 16 that have been using this office for about a year. They are unique in the issues that they have, but my oldest was born with a cleft lip which brings about its own set of challenges. Every time Dr. Fravel sees them he runs down the list of problems out loud as if they dont know what they have, which is an irritation but nothing major. Yesterday while sitting in his chair looking at my 16 year old daughter who already has a scar on her lip and nose from surgeries, he tells her that she has one tooth that will never come in(which we know), one tooth is small and sideways(which we know) and she has one tooth literally growing sideways in her lower jaw(which we know) and then says I HOPE YOU DONT PASS THIS ON TO YOUR KIDS! He sends my daughter to get an x-ray where they put the little thing in her mouth and told her to bite down. On one side she was having problems and the tech said "I forgot all your teeth are crooked." What kind of a person would say that to people who were born with these conditions. She didnt break her jaw and needs braces to fix the damage. Its something she has dealt with since birth and usually she brushes people off, but this is her doctor... I went in today and transferred all of her records to Dr. Tringas, they will NEVER set foot in that office again and I will advise anyone who asks to stay away. read more

Although my small fry has yet to start treatment with Dr. Fravel, let me tell you why I'm a HUGE fan all ready. *Getting an appointment was a breeze. A quick phone call and an appointment was available the next morning. * The website is amazing and all the new patient paperwork can be filled out and submitted from there. * The office is clean, modern and beautiful. * The staff was super friendly and really engaged my small fry in the entire process from check in, to check out. * Coffee, and some other drinks, and cookies were available for snacking after check-in. Yay, coffee! * Dr. Fravel was REALLY nice and explained exactly what was going on with small fry's teeth. He recommended waiting another 3 months. (what? You don't want my $$ now?) * They have a super cool club for the kids to encourage them along in the process. They earn Fravel bucks for really neat items for coming to appointments on time, keeping their braces neat and tidy and not breaking anything. * They have a super cool club for kids not quite ready for the braces process, like my small fry, to keep them engaged. And the biggest reason?? My dentist's office highly recommended Dr. Fravel. Totally worth the 30 min drive each way for us! I feel confident that this practice will have my small fry's smile looking perfect in no time flat. In short... this office kind of makes me wish I could join the club and get braces again too! Which I could, as Dr. Fravel treats both kids and adults! 9/28: in the mail today, I get a letter giving a recap of small fry's mouth issues, with pictures! The appt was yesterday morning! My last kid finally got his braces removed! We have been with Dr Fravel for years on the "road to a beautiful smile" journey! This review was long overdue. The staff...from business/insurance rep, front desk receptionist, all the technicians and most of all Dr Fravel were AMAZING! When I say all staff I mean in all those years we haven't had a negative experience with any of them! We were able to call the office anytime with any and all concerns we had and they were quick to bring us in or talk us through on the phone. At times a wire came out of place or we just had general questions. The office itself is clean, modern and laid out well! After each visit you are rewarded "Fravel bucks". You can save these bucks for prizes! My kids love this! It make s the visit fun and interactive because they also have a wheel of fortune type of wheel to get more prizes each visit.
