The menu has the usual pub fare - wings, burgers, salads, and sandwiches. But on Saturdays and Sundays from 9-1, the menu expands to things like omelets, hash, Benedicts and breakfast sandwiches. So, when our Friday night hotel bartender recommended Lucky's for breakfast, well, we knew where we'd be headed. The breakfast service we encountered on Saturday was extraordinary, so hats off to our server Beth. Our party of ten walked in when breakfast opened, and she quickly set up a few long tables for our group. Oh, and she set out two coloring activities and crayons for the two young guests in our group. Our breakfast started with complimentary bowls of popcorn and we saw some very interesting eye openers on the menu, like a Breakfast Punch (with Rum, orange and pineapple juice, strawberry purée, and ginger ale), a Lucky's Blueberry Pancake Shooter (with Stoli Blueberry vodka, Butterscotch, Orange Bacardi, and a slice of bacon) and a Keoki Coffee (with Kahlua, Baileys Irish Cream, coffee and whipped cream). We passed on these alcoholic temptations; Beth took our orders flawlessly and the food started rolling out of the kitchen in no time. My Cajun Hash ($15.49 with Andouille disks, shredded chicken, two big shrimp, peppers, onions, cheesy hash, & scrambled eggs) was one of the best breakfasts I've had all year. It was a gigantic portion, and I was more than full with half of it.
