When things had finally stabilized we decided to take ourselves out and landed at Lucky 13's. This is my kinda joint. Pub atmosphere, perfect (free) popcorn, fantastic retro tuneage, and speedy, efficient service are a given. The food is next level nom nom. They're one of the few restaurants out there that does a Monte Cristo sammich and when it's paired with their custom L13 Tots? Epicurean delights abound. The only reason I'm giving the experience 4 stars (rather than 5) is because their checkout process is entirely too old school. And the pen I was given to sign the receipt had little-to-no ink left in it. I know. Seems petty. But when it takes so long to do the whole card-bill-process-return dance that asking for a better writing utensil seems like a huge effort? Yup.

Even more lucky, I pulled a $600 winner and we also got a few $5 ones bringing our jackpot to $610!!! What a lovely day and experience. Thank you!!

I noticed there was a cash discount of . 75. However I paid with a card. Is the service charge due to the credit fee ? Overall we enjoyed our lunch. Just a little cringe about the charge for ranch and service fee. I'd come back.
