I dined in with a group of 12 on a Monday evening and had a super young server who was very gentle and kind, yet not equipped to handle a table this large. Not only was our server not ready to host, I don't think one employee in the building was. Everyone seemed to ignore our big table and we had to serve ourselves for a majority of our stay. To start, we all went around the table and ordered drinks. The server didn't know many of the beers and couldn't find a mojito on her tablet. She later came back and told the group there was no mint to make a mojito with which should have made her life easier because almost every person got a beer. It took about 25 minutes anytime a beer was ordered and was almost a guarantee that it would get delivered to the wrong person at our table. At one point, we started a game of swapping drinks or just accepting beers that were brought to us in error. When I say this was a total disaster, it was. It was embarrassing for this establishment to say the least and I really hope management looks into it. When it came time to order appetizers, we ordered a variety and that seemed to go over smoothly. The cheese curds and pickle fries were my favorites. The only issue was that utensils, plates and napkins were not delivered until 30 minutes post app delivery forcing our group to share the appetizer plates and me to go up to the bar and grab napkins for everyone. The food order went decent as well. The quality of the food was outstanding. Many people ordered burgers in my group, a couple of wraps and I opted for the mama's Mac. I loved my meal. Personally, I didn't have hair in my food, but 2 others did. Sadly, the service needs extreme work and perhaps chef's hair nets can also be implemented. Bummer!!

I've never been to Ireland, so I can't exactly confirm that LOL. Most of the food was good, with one exception, the beef stew. When we got staff they didn't ask about a chair for the kiddo or booster seat (we considered the former but made a chair work). They had no coloring or activity book for the kids to do, which was hard. They had TVs which semi helped but we were far from them. We ordered and two of us are dairy free and one is gluten free. When ordering the shrimp tacos they arrived with no cheese but the sauce on top was not written on the menu that it was on there and our server did not inform us even after hearing no dairy. This was easily preventable and a little frustrating but overall something a person with allergies is used to. She did get our meals remade quickly and without dairy which was super nice. Diana was kind and also extremely diligent about waters, dishes and refills. She also ordered our kids meal immediately which was helpful and answered questioned we had. I will definitely be back without kiddos to because the tacos were so good, the sauce that came on the side of the shrimp tacos was spicy, yet flavorful.
