He sent an estimate the next morning clearly stating what needed to be done and I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work needed. From there everything went like clockwork . Elana in the office was super and got everything scheduled . The workmen showed up on time ,as scheduled. Covered all the walkway areas they used to go back and forth. They were knowledgeable and completed the job as outlined in the estimate. Very courteous and polite. Wet Basement Solutions was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend them for anyone's wet basement or mold issues.

They came to our house and presented us with a fair price and replaced our roof in a day. They also replaced an old gutter. The roof looked very nice but I noticed that the gutter guard on the old gutter was missing. I wouldn't have cared but the gutter guard was 6 months old. When I called and asked where the gutter guard was, without prompting I was told that it would be replaced at no charge which I thought was very nice. Except that it never was. i called a few months later just to ask when they would replace it and was treated to a very condescending description of how much their "reputation and honesty" meant to them and they'd do what they originally promised. Seven months and three phone conversations later I gave up and paid to have a gutter guard installed. Maybe they do great work. However, I think they're talk about "reputation and honesty" is just that, all talk. I would not hire them to roof a chicken coop. By the way, my ceilings are still wet and I picked up roofing nails all summer.

No response in over a month Mr Bolster failed to complete jobs he had contracted to do. Failed to complete and to and reasonable standard. Roof incomplete and bad leak over electricial service. Door poor quility build and not secured or finished. Roof and supports done incorrect - zero flashing and roof installed inproperly creating a hazard. Never installed insulation indoor porch - he removed, in August Had girlfriend over and in my garage - without permission, He furnished no reciepts - -bugged me for payment - accepted in full never to be seen again, blamed me He left unused material here - material ment for jobs to be completed. They left so much debris Ciggerette butts - weed stuff - nails everywhere - in where animals are kept. Debris from his buddy kicking my roofing in - not picking trash up He was paid in full - cash - he acknowlweges that- about $ 6000 total. He has posted my private pictures on social media - I requested they be removed - time of essence. A month later pictures still up - someone sent me copies today Mr Bolster has not reponded to BBB requests as required when complaint filled I have to get all this stuff fixed and am in worse position than when I started. *** note if you have anything around - they eye it all and talk about your stuff like it belongs to them. I NEVER WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND MR BOLSTER HAS STOLEN MY MONEY AND NOT RESPECTED MY PRIVACY. There is a text trail for all of this - I offered reasonable solution.
