We had an issue in November that they came to look at, but we knew we were at the point of needing a new roof in the next year or so as well. They put together an estimate that was very detailed and we signed a contract. Of course, winter hit next! Gretchen kept in touch throughout the few months and we appreciated that so much. As the weather has just really cleared where we're getting a couple days here and there that are dry and a bit warmer, they arrived and completed the roof and the other repair. The entire crew was very professional. They continuously cleaned up materials from the removal of the old roof, tarp type curtains were hung to protect the sides of our house, and I saw the nail sweeper come out several times too. When they left, you wouldn't have known all that work had been done. Our yard was left in immaculate condition. Keith and/or Joey were always on site working as well. The entire roof was pretty straight forward so it only took one day, with a couple hours of shoring up the repair the next day. When we met for making the final payment, Keith and Joey were truly interested to know if we were happy with the job that was done and if we had any questions. Very friendly admin on phone, she made me feel comfortable as this is "what they do in the off season", roof repairs. Well, "Rick" came right out, climbed up into my crawl space attic (not an easy feat) took a few pix, assessed the situation and identified the problem immediately. He not only advised me what the issue was but made a short term fix (For Free) that he said would last several months or more if I decided not to go with the long term solution at this time. He left and I got the quote same day. I was very grateful for the short term fix and I decided to go with the long-term solution anyway. I left it up to them when they wanted to come back and do it and they said they'd give me a call. A couple of days go by and Rick stopped by with another person during a snowstorm. He said no big deal that's what we do. Two hours later I have the correction in place w/pictures that will last me another 50 years and I couldn't be happier. The leak not only damaged our bathroom but caused our ceiling on the first floor to collapse which destroyed our family room. We called our insurance (Madison Mutual) and Falso Plumbing immediately. Falso, couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from so we called up Mr. Rooter of North Syracuse. Once Mr. Rooter fixed the issue, they recommended calling Servpro. Servpro worked with our insurance to resolve the situation in two phases. Phase one was Mitigation and Phase two was Reconstruction. After mitigation was over, Matthew Woiler from ServPro stepped in to guide us through the reconstruction process. He kept us updated, informed and kept our best interest in mind when searching for materials. Matt made numerous trips to Home Depot, Lowe's for us and even made changes to products we didn't like. Once the materials, supplies were finalized we were introduced to Draper's Roofing and Remodeling. These guys had a positive attitude everyday and were professional in their workmanship. They'll take a lot of time, but will work with care, precision and accuracy. They're honest in their pricing if there's any work done out of pocket. That being said, they're not overpriced either. They are also extremely efficient. I just had a complete tear off that they completed in half a day.
