We were surprised and not happy with the Anderson etching advertisement on each pane in the bottom right corner. There is no disclosure of this etching in the contract that we signed and we feel that this should be disclosed to customers in that literature. We also had a garage door installed and we are happy with that door installation. We also want to mention that Chris did a great job giving us advice prior to installation.

When I contacted Anderson's service team,( they have made two trips to my home) they said this "Just happens sometimes". Unfortunately that doesn't solve the problem. Interior condensation can lead to mold and damage to the wood trim, so being told it sometimes happens is not helpful. I live in a home that is 100 years old and do not have moisture on the inside of the original windows. At this point I am not satisfied with the product performance or the response from the technicians. I would like a permanent fix or replacement on these windows.

I asked if they made house calls, -they said 'Of course!', and asked how fast I would like them to come. I said of course, ASAP, but I had company coming. They got here in MINUTES, took my ancient window out (took some work); took it back to their shop, fixed it; and was back in place, ALL WITHIN A HALF HOUR!
