I had you guys (Comfort) in a number of years ago to quote on a project. The problem I had at the time was that Comfort's price was just a little higher and the company I went with assured me they had the same quality workmanship and products. After the other company completed the work... (using the term completed loosely) I had nothing but problems. I called the other company and they told me to call the manufacturer. What a nightmare that turned into. This time the Comfort quote was still just under 4% higher than the next competitor but everything I have read told me to give Comfort a try. So I did! WOW ! is all I can say. I have never seen a construction crew as organized as your guys. The workers were friendly and polite. I didn't hear any swearing like I did with the other company. When the Comfort guys completed the job they walked me around the entire project showing me exactly what they did and why. I was amazed at the finish work, even the calk joints looked perfect unlike the other company who smeared calk everywhere. I am so thankful that I selected Comfort and cant wait to have you back in the spring for the next project we have in mind. Lastly, the guy Chris who came out to estimate this job, I guess he is a salesperson. He was just great... he was here for quite some time and answered every question we had. The employees who replaced the roof were outstanding by keeping the area clean. They worked hard and did not waste time. When they were done they cleaned all around the property and put things back in their place. We would highly recommend working with them. We felt very comfortable with Chris and he answered every question we had before during and after the roof was done.

A few long months later and the job is done! The Pandemic created quite the wait for us and that part was tough but to no fault of the company. We did get multiple letters updating us and we appreciated it as much as it saddened us. When everything finally came in, we were able to set up a date for Chancy and team to do the job and they did an absolutely beautiful job with the door. Our old door set up some unique challenges and they navigated it like pros. Chancy was great about including me along the way about any multiple choice decisions that could be made, as a homeowner I greatly appreciate that inclusion in the process while not having to watch over them. The whole team seemed to be enjoying each other and having fun, what sounded like me typical banter of co-workers and friends, while remaining respectful to my home. After the job was done, Chancy walked us through the project and asked if we wanted any changes on a few items. He also encouraged us to reach out if we had any other concerns moving forward.
