Called again (installer) said I wanted my deposite back and he said,, wait for it,,, I thought my manager took care of that, NOPE!!!. SO, I send another Email to Kevin Donovan, pretty much demanding deposite promptly. (What I had to finnish the install payment I had to use for unforseen problem. I and I need the deposite also) SO,,,, May 11,2025 (how may months?) He sends me an email stating he sent an Email a while back (no ya didn't, no spam either) this states by contract I had 30 days to cancel? Sounds like a scam to me, what say you?. BUT, I can pay the remainder (I have no resources or can afford a loan) or Bless them I can put it towards something else? At this point. TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION OF SERVICE. TOTALLY NO INNER COMMUNICATION. ABSOLUTLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. At this point,,, I would not let them change the screen in my window. It probably would take a year to get done.
