Excellent customer service. Anna was very attentive . Split the harvest salad was excellent.. ordered the duck breast my friend had the scallops . For dessert I had a chocolate torte was incredible . The chef walks around and asks how everything is. Very personal touch.

Weekend Breakfast Buffet was a good bargain in 2022 especially with coffee and juice included in the $20 price. Omelet Station was excellent. Sausage, Bacon, Oatmeal, Pasteries, Fresh Fruit was exactly what I was looking for at Hotel Buffet.

Everything except the oatmeal on the breakfast was cold! At $23 it should not be this way.

It always seems to be a pretty decent time eating out here. The decor (inside and outside) looks…read morequite nice and gives a upscale vibe despite having a more casual menu. There is plenty of space in the entryway to stand around, though actual seating is limited. That being said, I can't recall ever having a horrible wait time if we came when it was busy. The hosts are good about getting people on the list and seating them at a reasonable pace. It's also pretty sweet to see the dessert counter at the front so you can see what treats they offer. As I stated previously, the inside looks nice and furnishing is well maintained. It definitely shows when they are rushed however, as the floors usually need to swept. The last time I went there was also crumbs on the napkin they placed on our table. The menus are big but they do have stuff for every palate to pick from. The free bread is alright, nothing too wild. The servers are always warm and welcoming, and very knowledgable of the menu. It can take a little while for the food to come out but it's worth the wait in my opinion. The crispy fried cheese is a little greasy, but quite tasty. It's a big portion but fulfilling for sure. The flatbread pizza was enjoyable as well, with a good crispy crust. My girlfriend also felt highly about the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl. She said it was quite flavorful and unique. We also agreed that the fries were a banger as well. Right amount of crispy and seasoning. For dessert, my go to is always the Oreo dream extreme cheesecake. 100% a must have for oreo lovers. Not too sweet but still hits well. So, a few minor kinks to work out but otherwise a worthwhile dining experience. Will always recommend as a good spot for comfort meals and family time, and great cheesecake.

She took two people after me that were waiting. Then she proceeded to work on other people's cheesecake orders yet there was no one else there but me. Luckily the manager came by and asked if I was being taken care of, and I said "I'm sure, eventually." He went through a door and then I asked the girl to please pack my order. She interrupted me and said sure but still did not take care of it. The manager came back out and packed my order for me. I will never ever go to this location again. All I was doing was picking up cheesecake. I hope that he is going to have this girl retrained in Customer Service. She knew exactly what she was doing. Maybe she didn't like the way I looked. Maybe she didn't like what I ordered, who knows. No matter what her behavior was unacceptable. There are so many restaurants around. Customer Service is so important. Customers will not go back to a restaurant that does not value customers. This restaurant lost me and anyone else that I talk to because of this one employee. No matter how good the food is, if the Customer Service is poor then the restaurant is poor. I hope the manager will see this.

Not an extremely busy night, but what can you expect at a hotel lobby restaurant located on the outskirts of Chicago. Bartender was really nice and helpful when explaining what was the best options on the menu. Of course he went with the de facto answer of the brioche hamburger, which honestly any hamburger is going to sell me (Minus bad fast food joints). Got it with extra cheese and bacon and might as well kick it up with an extra side of fries. Service was fairly quick, my whole meal took about 15 minutes or less to come out the door. Burger was cooked to a medium rare, so that is always a plus when you get what you order in terms of how well done you want you meat in most restaurants. Fries were your average run of the mill frozen package style, not much taste, but decent enough to be consumed. Overall I'd rate it the following on a scale to 1-5. Keep in mind as well that this hotel is somewhat secluded from other restaurants in the area due to its remoteness. Service - 4 Food - 3.5 Price - 3

Needless to say...no one got a tip.

We've driven by this restaurant SO many times and have yet to come by until now. What a fun…read moreexperience we had! When you pull up to the plaza you would think anything of the restaurant but when you go inside it's a fun colorful experience. When we were seated we were brought waters and menus. We took some time to look at the menus but ultimately took our server's suggestions on drinks. I ended up having a virgin Rose Colored Glasses drink and absolutely loved it. The drinks were large and I felt they were worth the price. My husband got an old fashioned. To start we got the cheese curds, and when I tell you these cheese curds still live rent free in my mind I kid you not. They were so good, the cheese was battered in a tempura batter with a truffle cream sauce and it made for such an incredible dish! For our entrees we got the pork chop with the brown butter sauces and bavette with a red wine reduction. The pork chop was great with the brown butter you just gotta make sure you mix it up, and the red wine was a bit too salty for me but it was okay because I ended up loving the steak by itself! For our sides we got the grilled zucchini under the snacks option instead of the sides option because I wanted all the fixings. It was a great choice! The fixings really made and I could eat a plate of that and just be happy (with the cheese curds of course). The wiped potatoes were great as well. Now I was going to pass on dessert because I was SO full already, but twist my arm when you tell me the cookie dough ice cream is a must try. It had real cookie dough chunks on top and bottle and the vanilla ice cream was not boring vanilla, I ate almost half of that bowl and couldn't stop. The chocolate chip cookie dough was house made and it was the perfect blend of sweet and salty that tied the whole ice cream bowl together. Can't recommend that enough as well. All in all, we had a great experience! It was so fun to see so many regulars and so many new folks who came in to dine at the same time as us and we all peeked to see who ordered what before we ordered and got some great recs as you can see! Can't wait to come back to enjoy my favorites and more!

We did go a bit later in the day so the restaurant was very empty but our food came very quickly. The atmosphere is casual but well done and my mom loved the music they were playing. We started with the cheese curds which were so good and gluten free! This was my favorite part of the meal for sure. I haven't had a cheese curd in probably 10 years and these were fantastic, especially accompanied by the truffle ranch sauce. I got the arugula and grilled chicken salad as my main. It was good but nothing to write home about. The chicken was well seasoned and plentiful and the dried cherries were a nice touch. Overall, I enjoyed it but won't be left thinking about it again. My mom got the smoked ham, brie, and pears sandwich and had similar thoughts. She enjoyed it but wasn't blown away. She did note that she wished it had some sort of honey mustard or a sauce other than mayo. The portion for this sandwich was huge and could easily be two meals. All in all, we enjoyed Everett Farms and would come back. I appreciate how well they label their menu with gluten free options and the service.
