Stopped Stopped by for breakfast on my redeye layover. Ordered the biscuits and gravy with eggs and hashbrowns... done perfectly and just what i needed/wanted. Served by a very gracious bartender, Bethany. She's awesome. When I asked for a Jameson's back to Irish up my coffee she recommended an AMAZING!!! Tennessee (Nelson's Greenbrier). Sour mash isn't normally not my thing but Mmm Good! I sipped most, saving just a little for my coffee. It was almost a crime. Bethany is a wealth of knowledge and good spirits ;-)... BUT wait! The Manager, James, gave me a sip of another really good Tennessee whisky and a splash of a truly amazingly smooth Pritchard's small batch that he's thinking of adding to the menu. Smooooooth. The nose has hints of aprocate with a nice peetyness, not too much. James definitely strikes me as a whisky afficionado. Been a very long time since I had this level of service and knowledge of their craft. If you're passing through make sure you stop by, and ask what they recommend. You will not be disappointed. The whisky menu is a truly impressive 3/8"~1/2" thick! Thank you Bethany and James! My stop by was the perfect close on the 1st vacation I've had in over a decade. read more

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was the saddest thing I've seen - basically no cheese, barely any sauce, just a fried egg & tomato slice between two pieces of bread. I had a side potato salad and it was 5 pieces of cut potato in a bowl like they were rationing. Server basically avoided eye contact with for a long time even when it came to giving me the check so I can leave for my flight. Everyone else's plates looked great. Not sure if it's a racism thing - I'll give them the benefit of the doubt there. But horrible service and food. read more

The service was fantastic, aliyah Watkins was well above excellent. The chicken and waffles was the absolute best. Was just passing through but will definetly be back read more

This is about the worst bbq I have ever had. Yes it is at the airport.. but damn you could put a little freaking effort. Just plain sad pork, macncheese and the beans had raw onion. This place is a disgrace and should not be in the same sentence as Nashville read more

This was some of the best airport food and service I have ever received. If your in the Nashville airport make sure to stop here and ask for Tsion as your server. She was friendly and on top of it. Thank you for making our airport dining experience pleasant! read more

Maybe everyone else was expecting a 5 start dining experience at an airport restaurant...but for what it is, I like this place! I live in Nashville and this place is new - and every time I've been here, the service has been great and the people have been friendly. The owner (or manager - im not sure) is VERY friendly and very attentive. He's the ideal bartender/service industry employee - and that's coming from a server. I've watch him comp and then replace (for free) a side that someone didn't like with no attitude. I've also watched a female bartender give excellent service to someone and get a NINE CENT tip in return. Needless to say, seems like it's the patrons, not the employees here, that are contributing to their own negative experiences. read more

Awesome pulled pork with crispy onions lettuce wrap was absolutely AMAZING!!! Bloody Mary was crisp fresh and spicy like we ordered! Nice to know quality food exists and served fast! Siyada was so friendly and made sure our specialty lettuce wrap was perfect! Nice place to watch the games if you have time. read more

Ever get a raw burger? Did you send it back? I did. It's VERY VERY rare I'll send something back maybe once a year. I understand mistakes happen. They RECOOKED the burger I sent back, I took a bite out of, the same burger that the waitress put her hands all over. They recooked and tried to serve that to me on a new bun, and new plate. Maybe this was okay practice pre-pandemic. Not in 2022. No apology, just an "I'll void it for you". I was disgusted. read more

This place is amazing! Aliyah is the best bartender we have ever met!!! Great drinks and amazing food.

While the service itself was great (both of the team members we dealt with were very friendly even at 8am), the food itself was a little disappointing. The Eggs Benedict dish I ordered looked great and had a good hollandaise sauce, but the eggs were far too overcooked and not runny at all. That kinda just pushed it down a notch by itself. The hash brown/casserole was also just ok and didn't really add much to the experience. Given that we had a fairly tight schedule, I did appreciate the speed of the service, but again, the food itself was just so-so. read more

Food was not very good. My omelet was delivered in a pool of oil and the hash browns & toast were inedible. The restaurant was not crowded, but the service was slow. Server was not rude, but never friendly. I would look for another restaurant in the airport. read more

Outstanding Bourbon bar at Nashville international airport. Bartenders were fantastic. These guys specialize in local Tennessee bourbon, and have a great selection. I am a bourbon afficionado and enjoyed the tasting, drinking, and conversation on bourbon with the very knowledgeable bartender. Should I pass through BNA again, I will return. read more

As we travel through the Nashville airport many times. We always have great food and quick service. Our normal server Lemlem is awesome. She always helps suggest something new that I may not have tried. Service is always on point and delivered with a friendly and welcoming smile. read more

I will never go here again! The waitress had the audacity to make a scene and said that people usually tip me more than this. How embarrassing and unprofessional. She's lucky I didn't grab the receipt out of her hand to make the tip $0. I wish I knew the name, but I will never come here again. Her phone case is black with a "B" and a heart in white lettering. The service was meh, it wasn't extraordinary or anything so I am not going to tip a lot for okay service. Here is the detailed narrative. She came over and put her chest on the table and said, "Can I ask if there was anything wrong with my service today?" I said, "No" and shook my head. Then, she held up the receipt and replied, "Well, I just wanted to let you know that people usually tip me more than this." I replied, "Okay" She waited a little longer and walked away. I was there around 7:30pm on 08/20/2023. The total was $85.90. My tip was $6.10 read more

Good was amazing. But even better was the service from three exceptional ladies. Tsion,Aliyah, Bethany. They make this place shine. Can't wait to come back. read more

Very slow service. Our water was never refilled and the manager ignored us. Overall, not a good experience.

Good music. Good nachos. Sit where you want does make the service less focused, but the servers are very kind and helpful.

One of the newer spots in the bna airport- and as a Nashville native for 13 years, always happy to see some local, non chain restaurants putting down roots. Three Cask's "meat and 3," bbq pork was great! Good smoke to it, great sides and a huge- local beer selection. Marina, our server, was super knowledgeable and nice and made the whole experience! Will be stopping through again! read more

Signs said to "come in and seat yourself " So we did. After 15 minutes of sitting , nobody ever brought us a menu. One of the servers seemed to acknowledge us but we got tired of waiting and went elsewhere. Food might be good? But without good service we will never know. read more

Great customer service, waitress Genet was wonderful. Anticipated needs, and was very pleasant and thorough. Really went above and beyond in her service. Food was good for airport food with some unique dishes to try. I spent over an hour here as I had a layover and never felt I was taking to long or that I had overstayed my welcome. Ask for Genet next time you are there. She will take good care of you. read more

Absolute worst service I've ever had. Bartender was on the phone the entire time while she was behind the bar. Did not pay any attention to the customer. You look up DGAF in the dictionary, you'll see Bria's face. Food was ok for airport food. Service was God awful. If I could give a negative rating, I would. read more

Pissed to say the least after leaving a hefty tip. Chose this place as my gate was right next door. The Cabernet (Jacobs creek) was listed at $8 a pop on their menu. I got two glasses but was charged $26. People in my group told me to let it slide as it was only $10 more but I don't like to be tricked. At that point I'd have bought a glass on my plane. It's pathetic that they would not stand by what they are advertising for. Not going there again. read more

If you get the opportunity while at the BNA airport. I hope you are lucky enough to be attended to by Aliyah. In today's times it's a struggle to find such a pleasant and attentive person in the restaurant industry. Not to mention even in an airport setting. Thanks Aliyah, you made our day! Any restaurateur would be privileged to have you on their team! read more

If you're in the airport.... Do not pass this place up. The pulled pork, hot slaw, beans and IPA.. hit the spot.. 10/10 recommend!

We always walk down to eat at Three Casks in the airport even if it is out of the way. Their breakfast is better than any other in the airport AND you get real silverware instead of plastic. They cook your eggs to order and always get it just right. The staff is friendly and it does not disappoint. read more
