Popped into this airport restaurant/brewery yesterday because I caught a glance of somebody eating a delicious looking hamburger. Greeted and seated quickly at a bar table. My waitress was prompt and friendly and gave me a few recommendations for food as well a couple samples of beer. I ordered their soup which was surprisingly yummy. Definite better food than the usual airport restaurant. The entire service staff was really friendly. My one big and only complaint was their music-- all rap of some sort ( one song in particular was more than questionable). Everyone in the restaurant was more or less middle aged so the music was a complete mismatch. Rap music during a meal is just not enjoyable at all. Just go with the classics-- Stevie wonder, Rolling Stones, Aretha, kinks, Tom petty, Marvin gay, Santana, -- so much good music around why resort to music that is questionable and won't be remembered in a year? read more

We were passing through Nashville and wanted to get a bite to eat before our flight and went to Three Casks. We were promptly greeted at our table by Tsion who was one of the best servers we've had at any restaurant anywhere. She was very friendly, explained the menu well, and took great care of us. If you're at Three Casks, ask for Tsion! read more

Service was super slow, which is not good at an airport terminal. When it finally came, the turkey was as dry as jerky, the burger was almost inedible due to the way they served it (in a shallow ramekin??), and the burger was drier than the turkey. The folks next to us waited 45 minutes for their food, and eventually had to take it to go. I'm sure they will be very disappointed with their takeout. read more

Went to the Nashville airport location. Best biscuits and gravy I have ever had. the whiskey and beer selection was absolutely incredible and the service was super! our waitress Debere was the sweetest and most attentive! Fantastic experience in an airport restaurant. Waiting for our connecting flight to LGA so stopped for breakfast. Food was delicious!We shared the pulled pork omelet and had the Big Machine Clayton James Tennessee Whiskey (gotta have Tennessee Whiskey when in Tennessee!) service was excellent and the manager even stopped by each table. Passengers beware: stay far away from this place. So disappointed. Came to the airport on a layover and was looking for some Tennessee BBQ. Came to this place as it had some Tennessee whiskey. Our server Leteyesus was zero help. Asked her for recommendations, she didn't really know what to suggest. We finally just decided to share something. Bbq came out beyond dry, food looked like it came out of a can. We were only given one small appetizer plate to share and eat. I also guess napkins are currently a supply chain issue since we were only given a bar napkin. Never been to a bbq place where I had to ask for napkins. Had to ask for our check twice. Server performed sub par so received sub par tip. The most Jaw dropping part of the whole experience: sever approaches me RIGHT I signed and she grabbed the receipt before I could leave to point out the tip as there was an error and scoffed at me. Never had a server act so unprofessional. All the servers seemed very annoyed for a restaurant that was at 50% occupancy. Wouldn't recommend. Try the other two places in the airport. This will just leave a bad taste in your mouth about Nashville, literally. read more

My boyfriend and I arrived in Nashville at about 10 p.m. after hours of delays at our departure point. We were exhausted and looking for a place to relax until our connection arrived. Three Casks was the only place open and it was conveniently located right by our gate so we decided to go here. I cannot stress enough how much of a breath of fresh air this place was after a day of travel stress. Beth was THE BEST! She happily answered any questions we had and allowed us to sample some of the beer options before ordering. This was my first time at Three Casks and it couldn't have gone better. Marina (I believe that was her name) was our server and the service and hospitality couldn't have been better. She was attentive to our section and never let us go dry or hungry. I don't typically leave a review on Yelp, but I couldn't help but do so after this experience. Then they tell me to step back 3ft to the other bar because he can't sit there (no signs, and 25min?) anyway, we move and she said she would sent a server. Needless to say after 40min we had nothing. I arrived about 25 minutes before my flight boarded. was told to choose my seat. I did. No one seemed to care that I was there. I had to ask someone for a menu. Then I asked for someone to please take my order. These people were not my server. My server was Genet. I only saw her when she brought my drink. When it was time for my flight to board I had to wave down another server and she told mine. She went back and wow my food was sitting there ready to go. I do wonder how long it had sat there. I didn't have time to eat and I HATE eating on a plane. So I paid for it, not tip, and left after taking a few bites. I can say the food was pretty tasty. So that's why 2 stars instead of 1. I hate to give bad ratings because of a bad server, but bad service is usually just bad training. Maybe one day I'll give them another chance and get to taste the food. Hopefully the manager sees this and trains his staff that travelers are many times in a hurry and hungry. So don't stand in the back talking to coworkers and take care of your customers. I watched her stand back there talking the entire time I was there. The only time I saw her move was to bring my water and to run my credit card.
