As you enter, you will find the walls covered by ones that locals and tourists sign and affix there. Menu is limited and the drinks are much cheaper than Lower Broad, although more expensive than some of the other dive bars around the city (Santa's comes to mind). It's wood-paneled and dark, there's ample seating (ideal for groups) but also a fun place to come solo. Since it's open late night, also very clutch to come before/after a show at Exit/In (which is right in front of this bar).
