[July 2025] My friend's friends suggested this place for karaoke, so we went. By the name alone, I had an idea of what to expect but of course I had to see for my own eyes. We took an Uber over and when we dropped off, the venue itself looked like a trailer home decked out in Christmas lights in the middle of nowhere. The security guy up front also doubled as a photographer and seemed to be waiting for a tip afterwards. The venue is cash only so be sure to bring plenty of cash if you plan to drink a lot. While not in the thick of Nashville, it is still in Nashville, so I did feel intimidated by all the amazing local singers who hit the stage in comparison to my own performances. First off, this place is decorated so cute!! Feels like Christmas! So cute. Prices, wow!! So affordable, which is a pleasant change from almost everywhere else. It is cash only, so come prepared. If you're looking for an authentic and unique Nashville experience off the main strip, take a quick Uber over to Santa's Pub. Located in a trailer with a huge added porch, this is a good old fashion dive bar. I was here about 7 years ago so upon returning this trip, we had to make a stop back in and not much has changed except they did finally enforce no smoking indoors. The smoke from the patio does waft in though, so if you're bothered by it try to snag a table on the back side of the bar. Good live music playing there during our visit, beers and cold, and great people watching! They do have limited drink options so don't expect fancy cocktails here. We come to Nashville every year for past 15 yrs. But, we never been to Santa's. Came here as a group of 6 and waited for them to open. Before we knew it, we counted a total of 43 people waiting for it to open. After almost 30 mins past the opening hour, we called to try and figure out if it was going to open. Nothing. No signage, no msg on answering machine. We were disappointed and left along with all the other people. We wasted over $40 on U er rides, an hr standing around. This place is so much fun. $3 beers. Karaoke. Immaculate Vibes. I loved it. Had the time of my life. My only regret was that my whole outfit smelled like cigarettes the next day (smoking is allowed inside), but it's a small price to pay for such a good time. I was hoping to find a place that locals liked that was super festive, affordable and had karaoke. SUCCESS. We drove from Milwaukee to find Santa. We weren't disappointed. Santa is probably the best person on earth. I could listen to his stories forever. This is a very welcoming place. Friendly staff - you can feel the love. Remember it's cash only and no liquor, just a few beers and White Claws and margarita mixers and things like that. Disappointing... KJ is a disaster. Turned in a song twice, and he lost both of them. Fun for a party scene, but not great for karaoke.

One of the most unique bars I've ever been too. It's like no where you've ever been and I love that about it. Finally something not trendy and cookie cutter. Karaoke is classic and never dies so is beer. Round up all those in one double wide trailer and you might be at the best dive in Nashville. Cash only so come prepared. This place is easy to get to but hard to leave when you're having so much fun singing tunes with all your new best friends. Also no cussin, smokin, or drinkin when your up to sing. This bar was super fun! We came around 10:00 pm on Friday, 11/25/22. It was pretty packed. Beware that it's very smoky and when we went, it was very hot inside. On Fridays and Saturdays, there's a $5 cover. Cash only, but there is an ATM outside. Very limited beer selection, but they do have a seltzer. No liquor. Go for the karaoke! Smoking has been banned in bars for over a year and this place still smells like an ash tray. You will too when you leave. If you sing a song with a curse (or "cuss") word in it, they put the word on the screen then bounce you for singing it . This bar itself is a walking health violation that hasn't seen a mop/broom/air freshener/dust buster since the earth cooled. It's cash only, so I'm certain they haven't paid taxes on anything and are one good audit away from the jail house. All in all, it's a single wide trailer on the edge of a creek and for all our sakes let's hope it falls in soon. read more

We had way too much fun at Santa's Pub! On the recommendation of a friend, we decided to head off Broadway (a 10 minute Uber) to this no-frills, double wide trailer known as Santa's Pub. Pulling in, you're greeted by a fence with Santa murals and Christmas decorations lighting up the trailer. Inside is exactly what you would expect from the outside. There's a small bar, some mismatched chairs, and a karaoke station in the front. You're not going to find a fancy drink menu here, but if cheap beer is your thing, you're in luck! Beers are like $3 and served from what looks like a refrigerator you have at your own home. It wasn't very busy when we went, but we enjoyed the scene and even participated in some of the karaoke. There were definitely some locals who weren't the most friendly toward the visitors, but we still had a blast and enjoyed this dive bar for what it is. read more

This place is Nashville hidden's gem! Went it early and as soon as we walked in, realized it is beer only, cash only, smoking allowed and no food. After a night of bouncing around a few cocktail bars, this is my favorite place to end the night. What a quirky little place. I was laughing at the negative reviews because of the smoking lol. I remember when you could smoke in bars, glad you can inside this place. Thought the karaoke was a bit awkward at first but after a couple beers I thought about doing it myself. Not sure if this place offers food but just eat before and you're good. I will say the guy checking IDs had no clue how to check(?) a passport. Another employee came over and told him it was good (not expired) Came here thanksgiving night, boyfriend brought me and some family for our first time.
