Looking for a small town breakfast spot? Then this is the place. The staff were so friendly and talkative and made you feel just at home. I ordered the pancake breakfast with normal sweet cream pancakes and it was a big helping of food! The pancakes weren't as crispy as I like but everything was good. Definitely will come back to experience the small town feel of this breakfast spot. Also, there are bathrooms and they are clean! There is a good amount of seating as well.

This place is definitely one of the best breakfast spots in Heber! The service was great, everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Small town country friendly vibes, with a homey and comfortable interior! The food is great too, it seems like everything was a hit on the menu! Only thing is the price was a bit expensive in my opinion! Everything is definitely made with love

French Toast Combo (completely devoured by our child)

This place was the best spot to stumble across on our way to phoenix! Our child loves bears and my husband saw the sign and we had to stop. My husband got the French Toast Combo and I got the avocado toast... we ate every bite! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable (sorry for my son spilling the water cup!) and the ambiance is just what you'd expect from a cafe called Three Bears Cafe. Hope we come back through one day to stop off again!

The dish with the Au Jus

Food was good, waitresses were pleasant and attentive and the ambiance is clean and well decorated for a cafe in a very small town. The roast beef was okay as was the baguette. The sweet potato wedges were great. I liked the touch of the doily when they brought me more Au Jus! I also had a peach iced tea and they refilled it a couple of times! It had chunks of peaches! Pleasant experience!

The food was incredible and so filling. Felt like the food was made by mom. I love this place

    Kids pancake

This place is amazing for breakfast, not just in Heber but in the whole state. Not gimmicky, just real comfort food cooked well. The pancakes are made with sweet cream and the biscuits are out of this world. Be warned, this place is SMALL. If you're going with a big group, call ahead and order it to go. Dining room has ~10 tables but if you're in payson, show low or snowflake you need to give this place a try. Hell, If you're just driving by, you need to stop.

The food was definitely amazing and it tasted like home cooking at grandmas house. This is our new favorite place to eat breakfast.

Yes there is outdoor seating and I'm assuming dog friendly since it's right up front on the open.

There isn't always a community spot like this in our size of town so please visit and patronize. It's a little jewel hidden in a strip mall. Forget your Dutch Bros on way to the Rim. Noley's is located in the heart of Payson inside of a strip mall behind McDonald's as you turn onto the 260. This is a very unique store that offers a lot more than just coffee. Noley's - Books, Art & Whatnot is a gathering place for both locals and visitors. In addition to having a cafe, Noley's has an art gallery, book store, a performance space, a local produce section and plenty of couches and chairs to sit on. They sell locally-made gifts and crafts like jewelry and other creations. They even have an old jukebox and a used vinyl section. Noley's is a pretty cool place to visit. I come through Payson often and glad I discovered this place. I have always found the service to be great in the Noley's cafe area. I grabbed a pastry and an Iced Latte during my first visit here. My buddy is gluten-free and was happy they offered gluten-free pastries. Everything is made fresh in this store. Before we left, we chatted with the lady in the front who was really nice. She shared with us the story behind this shop. I am looking forward to a return visit next time I am in town.
