With all the great reviews, I was expecting more but Sanders ended up falling short. We stayed overnight in the area, so I stopped at Sanders twice during the trip. Inside is modern and clean, but their staff lacked any personality. First time I tried a cinnamon roll and their blueberry muffin. It was nice of them to ask if I wanted the pastries warmed up, they use a microwave to do so. The cinnamon roll was delicious, nice buttery bottom and perfect amount of icing. The blueberry muffin was a miss for me, not enough sweetness in the batter so the muffin was very bland and lacked much blueberry flavor. For coffee, I tried their local and squatch from their specialty lattes. Their espresso was smooth and not bitter, but the latte itself was lackluster. They both did not have enough syrup, very mild in flavor and mostly espresso forward. If you are looking for bold flavors, you won't get that here. read more

Went to what I didn't know yet best coffee shop! Alien theme very aesthetically pleasing ambiance! The coffee was 10/10 I got the Jacky and food blueberry muffin 10/10. Service was phenomenal as well was greeted coming in and leaving cafe which was nice. My family loves this place! We have came here every visit we have had to my parent's cabin. I'm a pretty basic tasted person when it comes to coffee and fun drinks so I always order chai or a sugary latte. their chai is delicious! The cute decor and set up with the couches is so cozy. If you ever find yourself in heber you need to come here! The only thing I would say was just a little disappointment was this last time around my husband and I got a blended chai and it was very poorly blended so it was mainly liquid, but that did not affect the taste at all so it was still a good visit! read more

Wow, a well-kept secret, traveling through town heading back to Phoenix, I needed a cup of coffee. Acquaint location with outdoor seating, a country vibe, located in a log cabin. The staff was polite. A vanilla cappuccino was ordered and freshly prepared. One star was removed because the vanilla flavoring was not added to the mocha. The price paid was equivalent to that of any other location that makes fresh coffee. read more

For a small town this spot slaps. The coffee is so delicious. I tried the chai and the mix is the maya mix which I like. The coffee is so good though I suggest getting their coffee I tried the jackie and I will get that again. The service was also friendly! There can sometimes be a wait because they are a small shop but there are a lot of seats/ couches. read more

We wanted to taste all the treats! We bought one blueberry and one banana nut muffin. We also had some cinnamon rolls! The Banana Nut muffin was so moist and full of yummy nuts. My 17 year old loved the Blueberry muffin. It was stuffed with fresh berries and had a delicious strudel on top. The rest of the kids chose the cinnamon roll. My 16 year old said the cheesy frosting really put it over the top. The 12 year old said it wasn't too sweet and had so much cinnamon flavor. I had a small Matcha with oat milk, raw honey cold foam and lavender flavor inside of the Matcha. It was honestly one of the best matches I've ever had. The drink was perfectly sweet. The Matcha was smooth. The blueberry muffin was literally perfection. The blueberry muffin was perfectly warm, flaky and moist. I wish they had this in California. I have driven thirty minutes out of my way to come here, plenty of times, and I'm sure I will do it again. The vibe here is great and the shop is always SO clean. The extra items they have for sale like shirts, hoodies, candles, really set this coffee shop apart. The hippie drink is yummy, but the coffee drink with marshmallows on top blew me away!! I wish I remembered the name of it. My friends just bought a cabin up in Heber and we have now been up a handful of times to visit and enjoy the peaceful little town. The first visit up we saw a sign roadside of a coffee shop so we decided to try it out, it did not disappoint at all.
