We were told that the rolls are fresh baked for them from the owners mothers recipe for rolls. They serve a good sandwich but it does differ some from a Philly cheese steak (I am from Philadelphia so I do know). The bread is softer than Armorosas bread and the hot and sweet peppers are different (In Philadelphia we use cherry peppers). But it is still a good sandwich. They can get very busy. We waited 30 minutes for our order. They also don't hear you well because it's very noisy and gave use something different from what we ordered. Not perfect but still a good sandwich.
