Bathrooms are ALWAYS FILTHY! I have spoken to numerous employees who say they'll fix the issue but it's never improved.

I went for my free birthday drink or food item today even tho the app never actually sent me my coupon and my app refused to even let me order, saying that location is unable to receive mobile orders, yet while I was in the drive thru I saw the customer two cars ahead of me hand their phone to the drive thru cashier who scanned something on it so I guess it was only m app that wasn't functioning for whatever reason. But anyway, I guess I was fortunate to get ahold of the manager on duty when I placed my order because I told him my app wasn't functions right and I wanted a birthday drink and without hesitation he said "Don't worry about it, we'll make it work. Happy Birthday." When I came to the drive thru he had instructed the girl to see my ID and just give me my drink, they said they would take care of the problem in their end. The girl in the window again told me Happy Birthday and I was on my way, so needless to say, I'm happy with my service. I'm glad they didn't let a minor malfunction affect how they dealt with the issue, some places might have said "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do" when they actually mean "I'm sorry, I don't know what to do" lol. Oh, and this was my first time trying the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher and the drink itself gets five stars as it was fabulous!! I will absolutely be having that again! I am a previous starbucks barista & i ordered a strawberry acai lemonade. they gave me a blended one then looked at me like i was crazy when i asked for it remade & they kept saying "this is our standard"... no its not. I also ordered 3 iced shaken espressos, they didnt shake any of them. All our drinks tasted like it was everyones first day and they put whatever they wanted in them. Meh. Came in at 12:30 (lunchtime). Only one out of four sandwiches [ham, swiss and garlic aioli, but no aioli detected]. To their credit, they gave us a sandwich on the house to try. Again, meh. Woah, previous review is totally uncalled for. (Funny how it was her first review on Yelp, makes me wonder.) It's a new store! Give it a chance, people are training, my goodness lady! What's great is this Starbucks brought in more jobs for our little town and gave us more options. People like what they like! The barista's are still learning, but they are always super friendly when I visit and I come at 5am!! They ALWAYS stand by their drinks and if it's not made to your satisfaction, they kindly remake it with a smile on their face. I love this place, so much better than the Safeway store and I love that they open so early. The drinks are always good, they have plenty of food options, the service is fast and the customer service is great. New building and nicely appointed. Drinks were made correctly but service was a bit slow. They were out of regular lids so we had the bubble lids for Frappuccino's and that was annoying. However I am glad to FINALLY have a normal Starbucks option that does not require going into a grocery store! read more

I used to get my coffee from here every day. I'm a patient person, I've worked food service many years in my life. The way this Starbucks operates is baffling. Very rarely are you greeted with kindness. Very unprofessional store. They're constantly closing the lobby from "staffing issues" and someone who would orders mobile, this was a nightmare. Wow how hard is it to make hot chocolate? Well obviously very hard since a place that serves hot drinks needs two tries to get it right. The first one tasted like hot water with whipped cream. The second was better. My wife's drink was cover in Carmel and not just the drink but the cup then her hands. To fix the issue the didn't remake the drink or clean the cup they just shoved it into another cup and handed us some wipes and paper towels. NEVER have I been asked to leave ANY establishment! First time in this store and while standing in line, two people just walked right in front of me and the cashier barely noticed me. I put my hands up and was given the sign to just wait. I decided to be patient. Then a THIRD person came up just as I stepped forward and the cashier greeted him by name! I finally had it and said to the cashier, "That's the THIRD person you've allowed ahead of me!" to which she responded, "I will get to you in a minute, sir, please be patient!" SERIOUSLY?!? Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru because someone ordered a ton of Frappuccinos. Instead of having them pull to the front and continue the orders, they made everyone wait. I did a mobile order so it had already been almost 30 minutes by the time I reached the window. Called and the girl said to pull to the mobile area... as i am stuck in the drive thru... The gentleman actually went to hand me the old coffee and I requested the order to be remade. I sat there for a minute waiting for the rest of my change and she just stood there looking at me. When I said that I had handed her a twenty and asked where was the rest of my change. How amazing! I believe those girls were still new or it's a new store but they were so wonderful. Extremely courteous, very prompt, and friendly! Not to mention, the building itself is gorgeous and extremely clean. My orders tend to be rather complex but they got it perfect and even added extra caramel! I left in a better mood than when I first got there. Ordered two drinks, and they were both completely different drinks than what I asked for after I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with a crying baby. Asked for them to be remade because hey, I've already waited this long, might as well get it right, right? Wrong. They were remade... but not with the Almondmilk that I was very specific about getting and confirmed that it was. Got back to my house 15 minutes away and found out that they were make with milk so now I can't even drink them. I understand that sometimes it happens, but not after having drinks remade and double checking with the girl in the window. What a waste of my time and money. I even tried to give them a call a couple of times to see if I could come back at a later date and have my drinks replaced or refunded, but guess what? No one answered the phone. I came in on Friday, January 25th at 9:30am. I ordered the same drink that I have been ordering for years. A Venti, Carmel Frapp decaf no whip. The drive thru attempted to charge me $9.90 for one drink. I was asked by the drive thru attendant how many shots I wanted in my drink. I asked how many does it usually come with? The answer was four. I said sounds good. I got to the window they attempted to charge me .90 per shot! I told them that's what it comes with why would I pay separate? They stated that the Frapp is not made with decaf espresso it is made with decaf frapp coffee. I explained that I have been ordering the same drink for years and that is not what they do. It is always made with decaf espresso. So by now I have a new drive thru attendant, another worker, and, here comes the manager. I explained calmly to the manager what was going on. She stated I was wrong and that was not how they were trained. I replied that maybe they needed new training as I have been ordering this drink for years daily and that's is not how it is made nor, has it ever been above $5.75. She walked away, telling her co workers what a bitch I was!!! Apparently figuring that I couldn't hear this. Her words were just give the bitch, her drink for her price! I couldn't believe it! I still paid for the drink as I was in a hurry. Awful experience and have emailed Starbucks Customer service over this issue. Went in on Sunday 10/6/19, Ordered 3 drinks, when Francine handed me the drinks, I said thank you. She did not say a word. I asked her if she could put 2 more shots of syrup in 2 of my drinks, she grabbed them rudely, and I said thank you again. She didn't acknowledge anything I said. Not only do they make awful coffee they have awful customer service. They made a "coffee" that was literally white there was so much coffee in it. I tried to have them fix it and I was instructed to reorder my drink. The lady working was rude and an awful representative of the business. I will not return to this location. read more
