I had a surprising delightful time here today. We were greeted and immediately helped after we walked in. I never know what to get, but our barista, Lauryn, was super helpful and suggested her favorite drink. We had a very short wait time and quickly got our drinks. She even spelled my name correctly, which rarely happens. We had a wonderful experience and Lauryn's drink suggestion was delicious, and something I would definitely get again. read more

Stopped in while waiting for a tire service next door. This is the only restaurant/coffee with in walking distance without crossing a major road The ice coffee was absolutely disgusting Pretty sure the milk (oat) was spoiled as it was hunks of congealed mass in my glass I have actually had better day old break room coffee. The sandwich I ordered looked and tasted like a microwaved hot pocket and was tiny, and looked nothing like the menu picture. Decent wifi and clean place to wait but for almost 13.00 no thanks I'll grab coffee at the gas station and wait at the tire dealer next time. read more

Bathrooms are ALWAYS FILTHY! I have spoken to numerous employees who say they'll fix the issue but it's never improved.

I went for my free birthday drink or food item today even tho the app never actually sent me my coupon and my app refused to even let me order, saying that location is unable to receive mobile orders, yet while I was in the drive thru I saw the customer two cars ahead of me hand their phone to the drive thru cashier who scanned something on it so I guess it was only m app that wasn't functioning for whatever reason. But anyway, I guess I was fortunate to get ahold of the manager on duty when I placed my order because I told him my app wasn't functions right and I wanted a birthday drink and without hesitation he said "Don't worry about it, we'll make it work. Happy Birthday." When I came to the drive thru he had instructed the girl to see my ID and just give me my drink, they said they would take care of the problem in their end. The girl in the window again told me Happy Birthday and I was on my way, so needless to say, I'm happy with my service. I'm glad they didn't let a minor malfunction affect how they dealt with the issue, some places might have said "I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do" when they actually mean "I'm sorry, I don't know what to do" lol. Oh, and this was my first time trying the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher and the drink itself gets five stars as it was fabulous!! I will absolutely be having that again! Thank you, Starbucks, for helping me get ny grub on on my birthday- lol. read more

Great Starbucks location! Coffee is always as expected for my favorite drink blends, and service is spectacular!!

I am a previous starbucks barista & i ordered a strawberry acai lemonade. they gave me a blended one then looked at me like i was crazy when i asked for it remade & they kept saying "this is our standard"... no its not. I also ordered 3 iced shaken espressos, they didnt shake any of them. All our drinks tasted like it was everyones first day and they put whatever they wanted in them. Worst starbucks experience i've ever had read more

My coffees were really good from this location. Ready on time and everyone was friendly

This Starbucks has the best and friendliest staff! Big shout out to Mark who is always so friendly and extra helpful and I appreciate it!

This is a bad Starbucks. The coffee is rarely made right. Bad service and some workers are very lazy. There is some employees who are nice, but there is so much bullying. They seem to be rude to certain employees and customers. They have no respect and it's sad. Go somewhere else. please go somewhere they put the customers first. read more

Meh. Came in at 12:30 (lunchtime). Only one out of four sandwiches [ham, swiss and garlic aioli, but no aioli detected]. To their credit, they gave us a sandwich on the house to try. Again, meh. Got plain, unsweetened ice tea. Could not taste the tea. But it was refreshing ice water. Great staff, good attitude, must've been 5 or six people, professional, hustling to serve the one or two walk-ins and two who were "parked". read more

Woah, previous review is totally uncalled for. (Funny how it was her first review on Yelp, makes me wonder.) It's a new store! Give it a chance, people are training, my goodness lady! What's great is this Starbucks brought in more jobs for our little town and gave us more options. People like what they like! The barista's are still learning, but they are always super friendly when I visit and I come at 5am!! They ALWAYS stand by their drinks and if it's not made to your satisfaction, they kindly remake it with a smile on their face. I love this place, so much better than the Safeway store and I love that they open so early. The drinks are always good, they have plenty of food options, the service is fast and the customer service is great. I've never encountered a mean employee here and I've been coming since they opened. Keep it up guys! You are doing great!! read more

New building and nicely appointed. Drinks were made correctly but service was a bit slow. They were out of regular lids so we had the bubble lids for Frappuccino's and that was annoying. However I am glad to FINALLY have a normal Starbucks option that does not require going into a grocery store! read more

Starbucks as a whole decided to phase out straws and lids that accommodate straws. So they handed me my frappacuino with a soppy cup lip and laughed when I asked how the heck I'm supposed to drink my drink thru a SIPPY CUP LID?! This store overal has gone to crap and now the entire company follows suit. Take your Starbucks gold membership and shove it Starbucks. Another customer lost. read more

Wow how hard is it to make hot chocolate? Well obviously very hard since a place that serves hot drinks needs two tries to get it right. The first one tasted like hot water with whipped cream. The second was better. My wife's drink was cover in Carmel and not just the drink but the cup then her hands. To fix the issue the didn't remake the drink or clean the cup they just shoved it into another cup and handed us some wipes and paper towels. My daughters drink did not have Carmel at all like we asked for multiple times. My opinion STAY AWAY. If you must have Starbucks go to the one in the Safeway located on deuce of read more

I used to get my coffee from here every day. I'm a patient person, I've worked food service many years in my life. The way this Starbucks operates is baffling. Very rarely are you greeted with kindness. Very unprofessional store. They're constantly closing the lobby from "staffing issues" and someone who would orders mobile, this was a nightmare. Id say %50 of the time my drink was made incorrectly. Don't waste your time or money with this store. Go to one of the Safeway Starbucks. read more

NEVER have I been asked to leave ANY establishment! First time in this store and while standing in line, two people just walked right in front of me and the cashier barely noticed me. I put my hands up and was given the sign to just wait. I decided to be patient. Then a THIRD person came up just as I stepped forward and the cashier greeted him by name! I finally had it and said to the cashier, "That's the THIRD person you've allowed ahead of me!" to which she responded, "I will get to you in a minute, sir, please be patient!" SERIOUSLY?!? I said that I HAVE been patient, And WHO does SHE think she is telling a CUSTOMER to be patient after that?! She then told me to leave. The manager was standing right behind her and said nothing. Rude! If that's how Starbucks treats people, I will take my business elsewhere. I did NOTHING to deserve that kind of rudeness! read more

Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru because someone ordered a ton of Frappuccinos. Instead of having them pull to the front and continue the orders, they made everyone wait. I did a mobile order so it had already been almost 30 minutes by the time I reached the window. Called and the girl said to pull to the mobile area... as i am stuck in the drive thru... The gentleman actually went to hand me the old coffee and I requested the order to be remade. No problem with remaking it but the fact is I did a mobile order and the drive thru to make my life with my screaming toddler in the backseat a lot easier. Nope. Thank you. read more

This place caters to drive through only. If you order inside, be prepare to wait up to an hour if you lucky. The owner or the employees do not give a shit for your long wait. I hope the manager rot in hell read more

The workers were super awesome, they take pride in their work for sure. Super kind, and very cautious about covid.

Everyone here is SO nice! Had to wait a bit for our order on a busy Sunday morning but the staff made it pleasant

30 minutes waiting for a coffee....ridiculous! Save yourself the time and hit the Safeway versions instead. Not nearly enough people making coffees and a huge line. First and last time coming here read more

I ordered a large Mocha and a Cinnamon Coffee Cake in the drive thru. I handed the girl $20.00 and she gave me back $6.00. I sat there for a minute waiting for the rest of my change and she just stood there looking at me. When I said that I had handed her a twenty and asked where was the rest of my change. She said that she had made a mistake and kept calling me Honey. A thief is just what she is. I'll never be back. Beware of the thief at this starbucks. read more

How amazing! I believe those girls were still new or it's a new store but they were so wonderful. Extremely courteous, very prompt, and friendly! Not to mention, the building itself is gorgeous and extremely clean. My orders tend to be rather complex but they got it perfect and even added extra caramel! I left in a better mood than when I first got there. Not sure what happened with those previous reveiwers but if you're in the area, I definitely recommend swinging by and checking it out for yourself! Thanks, girls! :) read more

Ordered two drinks, and they were both completely different drinks than what I asked for after I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru with a crying baby. Asked for them to be remade because hey, I've already waited this long, might as well get it right, right? Wrong. They were remade... but not with the Almondmilk that I was very specific about getting and confirmed that it was. Got back to my house 15 minutes away and found out that they were make with milk so now I can't even drink them. I understand that sometimes it happens, but not after having drinks remade and double checking with the girl in the window. What a waste of my time and money. I even tried to give them a call a couple of times to see if I could come back at a later date and have my drinks replaced or refunded, but guess what? No one answered the phone. I will definitely not be going back to this location again! I actually had to create a yelp account to give this review because I was that disappointed. read more

I came in on Friday, January 25th at 9:30am. I ordered the same drink that I have been ordering for years. A Venti, Carmel Frapp decaf no whip. The drive thru attempted to charge me $9.90 for one drink. I was asked by the drive thru attendant how many shots I wanted in my drink. I asked how many does it usually come with? The answer was four. I said sounds good. I got to the window they attempted to charge me .90 per shot! I told them that's what it comes with why would I pay separate? They stated that the Frapp is not made with decaf espresso it is made with decaf frapp coffee. I explained that I have been ordering the same drink for years and that is not what they do. It is always made with decaf espresso. So by now I have a new drive thru attendant, another worker, and, here comes the manager. I explained calmly to the manager what was going on. She stated I was wrong and that was not how they were trained. I replied that maybe they needed new training as I have been ordering this drink for years daily and that's is not how it is made nor, has it ever been above $5.75. She walked away, telling her co workers what a bitch I was!!! Apparently figuring that I couldn't hear this. Her words were just give the bitch, her drink for her price! I couldn't believe it! I still paid for the drink as I was in a hurry. Awful experience and have emailed Starbucks Customer service over this issue. Glad to be home and back at my usual Starbucks, where the drinks are made right, served with a smile, and, no one calls me bad names. read more

Went in on Sunday 10/6/19, Ordered 3 drinks, when Francine handed me the drinks, I said thank you. She did not say a word. I asked her if she could put 2 more shots of syrup in 2 of my drinks, she grabbed them rudely, and I said thank you again. She didn't acknowledge anything I said. She seemed very angry, and like I was a burden. My daughter was with me, and couldn't believe how rude she was. If you don't like your job or people, why work there? From now on, I will spend my money at a local established coffee shop (not a franchise) The worst experience! read more

Not only do they make awful coffee they have awful customer service. They made a "coffee" that was literally white there was so much coffee in it.
