I cold called Acknowledge Plumbing. They were very polite and knowledgeable on the phone. I asked them to find a Toto refill for my specific toilet. I had hired other plumbers before and I truly don't know if I ever had a plumber actually install a G-Max, despite what they said. However, Acknowledge found a G-Maxx (out of the local market) which they ordered. Gage came and and installed the refill valve. Gage was very personable, knew exactly what he was doing and was very neat. I can tell it's a G-Max because of the power and sound. I'm very happy. Acknowledge Plumbing is my new plumbing company!
