Mike, contractor & his assistant, Andrew could not have been any better than anyone in the business could ever have been!!! In my view they were both angels. They were both professional!!! They were both exellent!! They both get five & an A+ rating in my !!! The maximum of the BEST of the BEST of the BEST.!! I will never look at another contractors the same since I met Mike and Andrew!!! Both plumbers were Excellent, proficiently, efficiently, and effectively!!!! I will always how considerate they were to come and help me!!! I did not have hot water for five days!!! They had other appointments, but I was so desperate because I live in a Mobile Home Park and the following week the roads were going to be closed and they would not have been able to come and install a new water heater!!! I was desperate/overwhelmed & full of anxiety not having hot water!!! We don't realize until we don't have the basic necessities of life, how critical especially hot water is in our daily lives!!! To me now plumbers are exceptionally necessary & a critical requirement in my daily life, as much as a doctor is for our bodies. I know that sounds like a little bit of an exaggeration but at the time prior to Mike and Andrew coming I felt oh my goodness I really, really need that hot water!!! Their professionalism and their expertise was critical to me because of the age of the old water heater was last installed in 1998!!! And the ground where it was situated on was rotting & about to cave under along w/the 1998 old decrypted, rotten water heater!!! It was inspirational to watch both these two professionals work so efficiently, so professionally, so fantastic in unison together!!! I'm 76 years old and very been around the "tradesmen" all my life!!! But to witness the phenomenal & incredible work that Mike/Andrew worked on both removing the broken down old water heater & install the new water heater was a pure "blessing in disguise"!!! Unfortunately I am unable to even contact Liberty as the mailbox is full. I made a purchase at Lowes and was promised a call from plumber in 2 days. That was Tuesday, this is Saturday and nothing. I prepaid for install of faucet and needed it in 10 days. I can't even contact them to cancel, get refund, and book another company. I'm so frustrated. My install money is being held captive, lol. AVOID! I contacted them via Lowes for an installation. Several red flags. 1. Person I spoke to refused to give me a price on an installation and insisted that I buy a water heater from them. 2. Person I spoke to told me that permits (plural) were required before the work could be done. For a replacement ??? 3. Person I spoke to told me, based on photos, that the current water heater was installed incorrectly and would have to be completely removed. (Absolutely false) No idea if this was a rogue employee or if this is how they all operate. Do they think people will fall for this? Apparently I am supposed to pay them thousands of dollars and just take whatever water heater they decide I should have (because apparently I'm too stupid to pick one out?). Was never asked anything about what I wanted, budget, needs, etc. Just TOLD this is what I would get. Is mysognistic behavior is how they operate? Or maybe they are equal opportunity jerks and treat all customers this way? Already reporting them to Lowes - they are supposed to be an installer. Lowes wasn't happy to know they were trying to poach business. Too many red flags and dishonest behavior. I would not trust them to do the job or allow them in my house. read more

Mike came out the next day after i called for help with a tankless water heater that was installed 5 years ago. I really was apprehensive about using hot water, i got an error code and beeping on the unit. He put my mind at ease that the gas connection was working properly which was my main concern and examined the unit to make sure the air flow was ok. Needed a new water heater replacement for our 18yo wh. So went to Lowe's, selected the gas wh and Lowe's install was coordinated and done via the professionals at Liberty Plumbing in Roseville. Mike Lozano called us right away to communicate and necessitate job details. Mike and his partners Zach and Andrew came to our place at close of business on a Friday after 5pm as opposed to banker's hours, as they understood the urgency in which we needed our house up and running per normal. I understand usually this is a one-man job, but Mike came with a team and completed a successful wh replacement complete, thorough, and professional. Pipe brazing, exhaust and drain-pipe rerouting and correct modifications were done to code standards, start-up , and clean up , etc etc! Mike and his guys did a fantastic and professional job!
