Great experience! They took me right at my scheduled appointment time, did a wonderful job on my eyebrows, followed strict COVID protocol, were friendly, and reasonably priced. Will definitely go there again. read more

I didn't mind the 15-20 minute wait time however my brows were threaded terribly. I understand that eyebrows are more like sisters than twins BUT mine were distant cousins when the lady was finished. Even after giving directions, she still could not give me what I asked for. PLUS she had an attitude when I attempted to explain her error. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. I would give NO stars if that were an option!!! read more

AMAZING!!!! The eyebrows are perfect, even tips, even lines, even arches! The person I was with was very experienced, and it only took maybe 10 minutes. The price is affordable, and it's a quality service. Definitely would recommend for anyone looking to shape their brows. read more

Don't bother wasting your money and messing up your eyebrows. My sister had visited this place before and told me they messed up her eyebrows. I decided to still give this place a try. Well they messed up mine too. I had gaps left in my eyebrows. I had to go somewhere else to fix it. The place in Gretna in the mall will always get it right. Save your money and eyebrows and go somewhere else. read more

Best eyebrow threading spot I've found! They absolutely know what they are doing and you can count on some great brow work every time. I used to go to the location in the mall when that had a kiosk and was so happy to find they have a location right next door! read more

I wish my one review could lower the stars. AWFUL. Didn't thread completely so I have eyebrow stubble. Also half of my eyebrow is gone...while the other looks like it wasn't touched. Disgusted. Also the 10 for 15 is a joke...it's only 10 to begin with, and trust me, not even worth the $10. read more

SASHA did an awesome job on my eyebrows and gave some great advise on how to get my eyebrows thick again. read more

Threading Studio & Spa - SASHA (the tech) did a awesome job and also gave me some great advise on getting my eyebrows thick again. - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Metairie, Louisiana

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted and seated by Kristian! She was nice and started right when I told her what I wanted, and worked so fast that I was done in less than 10 minutes! I am super satisfied with my eyebrows, Kristian did such an excellent and clean job! It was well worth only $10, and the spa was tidy and organized which is a plus! I would definitely come back again, even if it means driving 30 minutes from the Westbank! read more

Please make sure you understand how the $10 deal works because i bought it thinking i could get threading for only $10 and it does not work like that. I asked for my brows to be left big. I left with "angry eyebrows" very very sharp and small in my opinion. I wasnt pleased with the shape. Something about the amount of hair taken off at my arch. Im my opinion, unless you are a very hairy person, threading is not worth the time, pain, and extra few dollars. My friend came along and her eyebrows came out good, but thats because that very sharp brow looks good on her. I think there is just a way that this technician does eyebrows & it works on some & does not on others. read more

I feel bad to have to write a negative review, but I'm pretty upset after a bad experience at the studio. I felt rushed and like a burden for being there and the person doing my facial threading was pretty incompetent and making excuses for messing up my eyebrows which now others have commented on looking crooked. It's frustrating because I had them grown out so the shape could be done just right and that took time to do. Furthermore, on top of the alignment being off, the length is wrong. Like, how do you mess up someone's face framing that badly and then act like you don't know what 'thick but arched' means?? I'm going to be calling for a full refund incl the tip I felt obligated to leave and be stopping by for them to try to correct the issue, but I am going to be thinking twice about returning. Don't make excuses for sloppy errors and respect your customers' wishes and please keep a clean and hygienic space. It felt like it wasn't well maintained. I'm not one to leave a negative review unless I'm really unhappy with a place or experience, but unfortunately, after reflecting upon it, felt like I need to voice this concern. This is the second time I've been disappointed by the staff. read more

I have been a loyal "ripping" customer for years they argue with their customers and talk to you like crap! Especially the black customers. I rarely take time out to even do these reviews but today I had. Every single person in that shop is ungrateful and feels like they are do YOU a free service! Ladies please learn true customer service because karma is real! Oh and yes I still tipped after this incident! *exloyal customer Hello Gina is it! I have never met you as long as I have be having service at this location. I sure didn't see you there, therefore I take it your here to do damage control. First of all sweet heart I make a nice salary in my career, I don't gave any kids, and I ALWAYS TIP! Punch cards yes I asked about them but if you were there when I checked out you would have seen I gave SASHA your trash cards and told her I didn't need them and won't be returning! I paid my bill and STILL LEFT A TIP! This incident is ONLY ABOUT THE WAY YOU ALL INCLUDING SASHA TALKED ABOUT A VERY NICE BLACK CLIENT AFTER SHE LEFT! Also while doing my brows SASHA stated "I can stop doing your brows right now, I can refuse to service you". So GINA before you try to act like I'm the poor black chick that needed a free threading know all your facts! Please don't bother me with another post with you defamation of character, I will have to escalate this to higher governing authorities over your business. ExLoyal Customer! read more

Quick, friendly, inexpensive. I was able to walk right in, in and out in 15 minutes. The prices were great for the area and I was happy with the waxing. I will likely be back. read more

I come alllll the way from Uptown for my eyebrows here. I first discovered them at the mall, but it can certainly be a bit awkward to get your eyebrows done in the middle of the shopping center with interested onlookers, so I was thrilled to discover there was an actual shop. I've been doing threading for years so I've always preferred it over waxing, but they do a great job here. Prices are great...another perk is they take credit card without charging the extra $1 like the mall does. All of the girls are wonderful, quick, and relatively painless! Highly recommend! read more

I have thick eyebrows. They were able to wax my eyebrows and keep them thick. I'm always a little afraid of having a salon make them too thin and they did not disappoint. It's a no frills place though, no fancy decorations but for the price point ($10) and a great job it's definitely worth it. I recommend if you're in the New Orleans or Metairie area. Update: I went there are the girl who waxed my eyebrows carelessly took off a ton of hair. I had to use castor oil and wait for my eyebrows to grow back in and not longer look too thin. read more

I come here regularly since it only costs $15 to get my eyebrows and upper lip done. The location is also extremely convenient since they're located next to the mall and are open during the weekends. My only suggestion is to make note of who is doing your eyebrows. One of the ladies, Mona, is wonderful. Getting my eyebrows done by her has never been painful and she always does a great job. Mona only works on weekdays though and that might not be convenient for everyone. If you can see her, I highly recommend it. However, there is a lady that I've only seen there on the weekends. I try to avoid her as much as possible because when she threads my eyebrows it always extremely painful. Unfortunately, I don't know her name. This past weekend, I had my eyebrows done by her and I noticed that she ended up pulling out my skin on and near my left eyelid. I have small scabs there now. However, this incident will not stop me from coming here. I still think this is an excellent place with reasonable pricing. I'll just avoid coming here on weekends. read more

Threading Studio & Spa - I would have preferred not getting the skin pulled out. Notice the scabs on my eyelid and above my eyebrow. - Eyebrow Services Near Me - Metairie, Louisiana

phenomenal job!!! Never got my eyebrows threaded before and I went In on the recommendation from my sister. And I was blown away!!!! Amazing job! I was so thrilled and happy. Amazing job! Thank yu a million Kristin read more

Brows on fleek! $10 for an eyebrow threading, no appointment was needed! Kristian was super sweet and did an amazing job. It was my first time here and I'm super picky about my brows. Only 5% of eyebrow threaders can actually met my standards and she did! I'll definitely be coming here again. read more

I wish that I could give this place a negative star review. I called earlier before coming to see if I needed to make an appointment and they said i didnt need to. So I showed up and someone was available to do my eyebrows right away . She was in the middle of a conversation and before she started to do my eyebrows, I told her that I just wanted them cleaned up. I told her I did not want a lot taken off my eyebrows. And told her that I have a scar on my eyebrow so that I cannot have too much come off or it's going to show. Only a few minutes later, she literally took off half of my eyebrows. While doing my eyebrows she was still in her conversation so whenever I tried to tell her anything, she acted like she was listening but I could tell she was not. I won't be back and will be warning every one I know about this place. read more

Wanted to try threading as an alternative to waxing and I was very pleased. Christian did a great job and she was very fast. Walked in - no wait. She did my whole face and it feels so smooth. I am hooked! And she gave me a coupon for my next visit! Love this place! Thank you Christian!!! read more

Christiana is awesome sauce. Her threading scales are precise, will not go back to waxing (even though threading is more uncomfortable)

I walked out of this place less than ten minutes ago and I could not be happier. My brows are always a challenge. They grow unevenly and a little Jack Nicholson-ish so I need them done by someone who knows their stuff. I'm also a licensed esthetician so I usually do them myself. I decided to get them threaded since I've neglected them for a while now. Kristen is a wizard. It was my first time there but she was polite and professional and greeted me like a long time customer. She took less than 5 minutes and I walked out with the best brows I have ever had. I may go back and hug her. read more

i'm on medicine and waxing rips my sensitive skin. the service here was great! it took no more than 10 minutes and cost $10. i didn't have kristian like the other reviews but i had another girl who was really sweet and doesn't work there a lot. forgot her name, but she reassured me since it was my first time getting threaded. i explained what i want and she delivered, totally recommend! read more

My eyebrows have never looked so good! My mom and I just went today and I will never go any place else from now on. Plus, Christian is so sweet and super super fast! So happy to find a place that leaves my eyebrows thick but shapely. Every where else I go, they make them too thin and I have to go through the struggle of growing them back out. Thanks Christian, keep up the great work! read more

AMAZING! Wouldn't go anywhere else! They do a great job, gentle and quick. In and out within 10 minutes. I went to another place once and it was horrid... No one does it like them! read more

I absolutely love this place. My mom and I travel near and far to go here. Kristen threads our brows. The other girl is good too but we prefer Kristen. Fun atmosphere, fast service, parking lot, CLEAN, and they offer other services also like facials. My eyebrows stay clean and in place for a lil over 2 weeks. I receive many compliments on my brows and I point ppl to this place. You will not be disappointed. This is THEE only place I will ever go and will hunt Kristen down if she leaves! read more

I love Threading Studio & Spa! Their hours are extremely convenient as they are open till 7 PM. I usually stop by after work. I've never had to wait and I'm always satisfied with my brows. I got the $10 for $15 worth of services, and that was great. They were very fast, and did exactly what I wanted. I will return.

I've had MANY great experiences here! I have never had to wait longer than 5-10 minutes even at their busiest. Most of the ladies are very quick and the pain is minimal. I did have one experience in which the lady doing my brows was pushing down WAY too hard with the thread, causing it to be very painful. She even broke the thread! But other than that one experience I have nothing but good to say about this place. Since then I have made sure to ask the names of the people who do my brows so I can request them when I go in. Mona and Usha are the best! My brows look amazing when I leave after having them do them, and they are very quick and gentle. read more

I found them randomly on yelp one day and decided to give them a try since they're right across the street from the mall. I walked in and was greeted almost immediately. I was in and out within 10 minutes and my brows look great. Can't wait to go back for a touch up. read more

Great hours, great prices, and Kristian does an amazing job!

I found my new place! I moved here and didn't know where to go and was nervous to try some where I didn't know. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. They left my eyebrows a little thicker than I normally do, but I'd rather err on the conservative side than take too much off. I'm very impressed. Quick, clean, well-priced. I'd definitely recommend this place. read more
