The quality is amazing, but the customer service is terrible. I've been coming here for years before COVID, and I always loved how my eyebrows looked. They absolutely kill it in that regard, especially when they had the loyalty card. A switch-up though came when three appointments back to back had unfortunately been either cancelled or rescheduled: the first one was because my sister had COVID (this is when we were to quarantine and also out of my control), the second one was cancelled by Laxmi the owner herself (which is ALSO out of my control), and the third one was rescheduled because of a work conflict. When I called to reschedule the third appointment, I was yelled at for "wasting her time", having a "history of cancelling appointments" (mind you, this was the first time period in like the three years I've been there that I cancelled) and "costing [her] potential customers." I am always diligent with giving prior notice, and one of the aforementioned cancelled appointments was due to her. I did not feel like I was given the respect I've always awarded them, and I was very disappointed. Definitely will never be coming back here again as I do not appreciate how I was treated. read more

We walked in and the lady looked at us with no greeting. I had to open my mouth to say we would like to get eyebrows done. Then she asked if we have appointments. Totally didn't know need appointments for get eyebrows done. Usually everywhere just walk in and be done in 10 m. Only one person was in the chair and nobody was in line waiting at all. If by appointment only, you need to post on line or put up on your sign. At least, be warm and friendly when people walk in. Anyway, we just walked away. Don't know how they got 5 stars. read more

Nice friendly fast service. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice woman. She walked me over to one of the chairs and explained how the process would feel (First timer). She told me if any breaks were needed then let her know. The process took no more then 10 minutes. When she was done she told me about the loyalty program and stamped my card. 10 threadings and you get a threading free. (Eye brows) I would recommend the shop and I will be returning for my next threading in 3 weeks. read more

I saw Laxmi here about two weeks ago based on a recommendation from a friend. I was very nervous because A.) this was my first time going to a different brow lady in 3 years B.) I had never gotten threading done, I'm usually a waxer. However Laxmi made the process comfortable and shockingly painless. She was receptive of what I wanted for my brow shape and executed it well. She gave me instructions for brow care in the meantime so that I can fully achieve the shape I desire. The prices are more than fair and my brows still look great! The only thing was that it was completely silent in the salon which was a bit awkward. read more

Yesterday ::: So i was on my way to buy a tweezer and stumbled upon this newley, opened for business, eyebrow place ! Threading?! .... I said no way not in roslindale ? Couldnt be..... Im very picky with my eyebrows (hence _ i do them myself cuz i trust nobody) But i walked in and i cant begin to tell you that my eyebrows have NEVER been done this quickly and they are looking like a million bucks !!!! It was my first time getting my eyebrows threaded and Laxmi made my first experience a good one. She was welcoming and friendly , I immediately felt comfortable around her. I told her that I like my eyebrows full and wanted the ingrown hairs to be cleaned and she did exactly that! It came out perfect! Just the way I like em. She even noticed one of my eyebrows were uneven due to a previous bad waxing from a different place. She told me to let me them grow some more and she will fix it for me. Definitely a professional!
