I know this is a review for eyebrow threading but I must start by saying that Bharti exudes this amazing gentle beauty, confidence and peacefulness as soon as you meet her. I actually feel calmer as soon as I sit down.. I know strange huh? I would always tense up in the back rooms of waxing places. To me, the essence of the person you are entrusting with your eyebrows or hair etc. is just as important as their skill. Especially when they are tinting your brows! Mine have become lighter and a little sparse with age so when Bharti tints them I feel so much brighter It's the little things in life I will never go back to waxing, THANK YOU Bharti you are truly the best! read more

She does an okay job. Been going for over a year because it's close -- she's not too friendly, doesn't make eye contact when one walks in most of the time, no conversation. She threads really fast and doesn't apply aloe or rose water like other places, you have to ask for it or do it yourself. So if you want threading done and that's it, then this is the place for you! read more

The best eyebrow threading I've had!! I have gone here for the past 5 times and have loved the work. Bharti is also super fast like she'll finish in 2 minutes. The first time I got them done I thought she had ruined them because it hurt a bit and it was fast but she does a perfect job every time. I agree with a previous comment saying that she has not "messed up my eyebrows" before. Initially when she opened, the owner was very friendly towards all customers. However nowadays owner seems rushed and selectively friendly with some customers over others which bothered me. read more

The person who did my eyebrow threading seemed to completely ignore what I requested that they do. Instead, they did their own design which I did not approve of. Unfortunately, by the time they had finished, it was too late. Thankfully, my eyebrows will grow in and I can hide the mistakes with my brow pencil for the time being. I have been here 3 times in total to get my eyebrows threaded. The owner says hello as you walk in and has a neutral friendliness. She has never 'messed' up my eyebrows so she is pretty good at what she does. The reason I am giving three stars is because on my 3rd visit she rushed doing my eyebrows (spent no more than 90 seconds on them) & didn't offer me the aloe vera gel that was sitting next to her mirror (I had to ask)..and I feel this was all because her relative/friend walked in the door. Why should you mess up a customer's experience because you want to rush to get your friend in the chair? Guess what..sadly, you just lost a customer. read more

Amazing, amazing, amazing experience. If you are someone like me who likes to keep the length, width and shape of your natural eyebrows (clean-up) then please do yourself a favor and just get them done here. Bharti is super nice and fast and knowledgeable about what she does. I showed her a picture of my eyebrows when I'm out and about with light make up on and she shaped and tinted my brows to mimic my exact look! I couldn't believe it!
