Love this place !! Walk ins are welcome wasn't busy on a Thursday afternoon. Sakshi did my eyebrows and did a wonderful job. Asked how I wanted them shaped rather than just jumping right in. I used to do waxing for years because I was afraid if threading would hurt more but she's more than willing to take a break if it's too much for someone. They also do complementary filling! So, I just left here and I'm amazed at how great my brows look! They weren't in the best of shape due to bad waxing and trying to let them grow out. As someone who is very familiar with threading (I can thread my own face) I have to say the woman who threaded my chin and neck was excellent. In addition to her skills, she was courteous, used the right thread, and had very good lighting and set up. Frankly, given their ability to thread so well, it's really better for me to head over there than struggle with doing it myself specially in places that are hard to get like below the jaw line. It was easy to get an appointment although they also accept walk-ins, and they were fast. read more

This place knows what they're doing! I have my brows done at least every 6 weeks, but I was traveling so it was more like 12 weeks since I had them done. I walked in and was taken care of immediately. I had Sadia (I believe). She let me know my brows were uneven (which was very true bc I was doing them myself sporadically on my trip). She evened them out really well and they look great! Very professional and not pushy like other places sometimes are. If I'm ever in Philly again I'd return and recommend. read more

I went here the other day to get my eyebrows done. I sat down and instead of asking me how I want my eyebrows the girl was about to jump right in and start threading. When I stopped her to tell her what I wanted she seemed annoyed. The whole thing felt rushed. I guess it would be too much to smile and be inviting? I am pleased with how they came out but the customer service needs to greatly improve! Not sure if I will return. read more

Excellent place to get your eyebrows threaded! I live about an hour away and it was definitely worth the drive.

It's a nice clean space, but kind of awkward to be in. The woman working are very stiff, and rehearsed. Also there's no music playing. Eyebrow threading is very painful so it would have been nice to have a buffer or distraction. I did like the outcome, it's been about two weeks and they haven't grown back yet. But I just needed them cleaned up nothing drastic. read more

I really dont like this place. I think there are a majority ppl rave about the store. I have to say whether or those review are from real people because I have a very negative experience. They staffs were very rushing w new client. They probably dont care to have new client. I came in and they spent about 5 minutes to finish threading my eyebrow and let me go. The brows was uneven, and I had to pluck it later when I got home to fix it. As they do it so quickly, they pull the hair out too strong, and yes it was too painful. I think I am not recommend or come back here. The price is not worthy to have such experience. Think twice before coming. read more

This place does what it wants. The first time was fine, as I asked for a clean up. The second time, again asked for a clean up and my eyebrows were thinner than when I went in. Went back a third time and my eyebrows were fine. I just left and the shape is magically different. There is no point in telling the person who did my eyebrows, because it can't be undone. I'm going to find a cheaper thread bar where the people there don't change my eyebrow shape because they want to. read more

I was across the street and went in on a whim. It was my first time getting my brows threaded and I'm so happy I did! It only took about 5 minutes, was relatively painless (she was very communicative to make sure it wasn't too harsh for me), cheap, and my brows looked great after! This place is amazing. I take my eyebrows VERY serious lol. The thread they use is a Lil thinner than what I'm used to which helps with the pain. My eyebrows didn't come out 100% how I wanted them (just a personal preference...I should've been clearer before she started), but they did everything they could to fix the situation and I left out of there feeling satisfied and impressed. They opened up here recently and it is an really nice salon .both Sadia and Harinder are super friendly and welcoming. Sadia was patient explaining to me how i can achieve the ultimate shape I want. I walked in today with no appointment, and I was helped immediately. My brows were in rough shape, so I figured it would take awhile. She finished my eyebrows in minutes, no more than 5. My brows look amazing, she was able to remove all of my hairs, especially the fine blonde hairs that wax manages to miss for me! HARINDER IS THE EYEBROW GODDESS. I've been going to Harinder for 3 or 4 years now! First of all, I'm so particular about my brows and waxing is the devil. If you're not specific with your brows then you must have never had a good brow job. Anyone that has ever gotten a bad brow job, you almost feel scarred for life...until it grows back, then you're stuck on the pursuit for another salon or technique. I called at 5:30 on a Saturday night to try and get an appointment, knowing they close at 6pm. Without hesitation, they told me absolutely and to come on in. This was my first time getting threaded and have plucked on my own for several years because of my fear of pencil thin brows by wax jobs in the past. I've been growing out my brows over the past 6 months though and it was time for a shape up. And boy am I glad I did! The women in the salon were super friendly and listened to my exact requests to ensure they didn't take off too much. Even with leaving the extra hairs I wanted to try to continually grow them out, they look amazing. While I wouldn't say it felt good, it was a tolerable pain and wasn't residual once it was over -- she was also very clear that if I needed a break in between I could ask to stop, and she offered it several times.
